Mike and his team were exceptional! He explained everything in detail and made recommendations on what should be taken care of that day or in the very near future as well as what could wait. Though I didn't get multiple bids, the price "felt" right and they did a fantastic job. I looked at the areas of concern and could clearly see the issues he was pointing out. I would strongly recommend Mike and team to everyone. Just stop looking and call Mike!

The appointment was explained to me when I called and the services I was asking for detailed out. The gentlemen arrived and got right to work. I needed quite a bit done as I live on the coast and it was clear that this service had never been performed. They went vent by vent and even showed me how an open and closed vent looks like. They recommended installing a UV light magic thing and the reviews for them were like, meh, not really necessary... unless you live in the coastal area. Then a good idea. They showed me the warranty, said if I had any problems at all they would come out again and even cleaned my dryer duct work. As a firefighter I cannot stress enough to people to have dryer ducts serviced regularly and well. These guys made me pretty comfortable I wouldn't have to call the fire department out to handle a simple task they handily took care of. They also pointed out some areas in my attic where I did not have enough insulation and they gave me a good quote on that as well. Thanks!! Will use them again and I highly recommend. KP

The duct were not dirty but there were some other issues that were quickly fixed. All vents and returns were cleaned.

Mike and Pedro were great to work with. Mike made an initial assessment and was conscientious about explaining everything. The work was completed quickly and clean when they left. I was very satisfied and would recommend Mike and Pedro.

Mike and Pedro did a great job. They looked at all the vents and found we had issues in 3 areas including in the master bedroom. They thoroughly cleaned and sanitized and addressed some of the sweating issues and also installed UV lights. Cleaning the vents is a messy job and there was debris on the floor and carpets. They cleaned up thoroughly before they left and did a great job.

They are a very nice company and extremely nice people and did a great job. I enjoyed working with them. They came out here finished it up, cleaned everything up and they were done. They were prompt and the gentlemen that came out here was real nice. I know them all by name because they were nice. They did a real good job. I recommended them to somebody. I had spoken to other people and they didn't even wanted to do the job.

Mike and his partner were very professional and knowledgeable. They had cleaned our ducts a couple of years ago and did a great job then. When we noticed additional problems with the cleanliness of our ducts, we called them again. They came back, spent considerable time cleaning and treating our ducts. And, best of all, because it had been right at two years since our last cleaning, they did not charge anything for the service. We will definitely use them again and recommend them to our family and friends.

I found Mike to be extremely professional and knowledgeable. I especially appreciated the time he took to explain everything that they were doing and he made sure that all my questions were answered. I thought that Pedro , his assistant did a thorough job.

The crew was very thorough with cleaning the vents. Only complaint I have is the original scheduled date was missed and we had to reschedule to the next day. Normally this would not be an issue, but we were moving out of the house the same day.

It was a bait and switch. Ended up costing me over $300. The did some work but not what I asked, which was clean the vents. They only cleaned the vent covers. I am also not happy with Angie's List for allowing them to offer a Deal.

Again, this is difficult to determine because I don't know enough about it to judge if the work/cost was really necessary. I just hope that it was.

Mike is wonderful. He is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. He recommended a UV light, and said he could install one, or I could wait on it if it wasn't in my budget, but gave me the options. He really did a thorough job, and I would highly recommend his services.

It was a wonderful experience. From the very beginning they took into consideration our needs and our schedule. Michael and Yousef went to extra mile to clean and sanitize all the ducts, and even paid extra attention to our nursery. I would highly recommend this company and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I picked this company based on Angie's List ratings. Pleased with the work performed. Adam, Gilbert and Yousef did the cleaning and replacing of a vent in the attic. They called prior to coming and also let me know that they may be a little late due to traffic. I had a question after they left and Adam returned my call promptly. They were all very friendly and very professional. I thought I would only be getting the air ducts cleaned and the dryer vent cleaned out. However, after checking everything out, Adam explained in detail the additional problems I had. The house is 30 years and I can understand there would be additional cleaning and sealing required. Adam even showed me pictures of some of the vents and gave me several options of what they could do to correct the problems. I did not get another estimate from other providers so I'm not sure if the cost was better or comparable.

Michael was the lead technician for my job. He was not only very personable, but extremely knowledgeable and efficient. He explained everything that could be done to create the clean breathing environment I was needing, outlining price and options in detail. His team, Pedro and Gilbert, were excellent as well. I appreciated their professionalism and respect of my home. They spent about 5 hours working constantly. I opted to install the UV light on each unit to avoid such a mess again! Thank you Mike for that suggestion. I am looking forward to less allergy problems (2 of those really dirty vents were directly over my bed) and better utility bills :) now that I won't be leaking air into the attic.

Amazing. Mike and the other guy (sorry I can't remember his name) were punctual and worked efficiently and quickly. Mike said we'd notice a difference in the temperature in the house and specifically in the master and we did. Its not holding heat like it before and my system doesn't have to work as hard. Thanks again for a job very well done.

Michael and Pedro are fantastic guys - very professional! They showed up to my house, did an assessment on my system, and made recommendations specific to the needs of my system. Michael also made recommendations about the filters I should be using to optimize cost and air quality. They ended up doing a sanitize/deodorize/anti-bacterial clean-out (6-month guarantee) and a plenum clean-out, and recommended that a duct cleaning was not necessary because my system was very clean. I'm very very happy with the service! I will be calling them again soon to install UV lights to my system.

I prepaid via Angie's list the $79 for "basic cleaning of the air ducts." Then I read an article here on Angie's List that said proper air duct cleaning costs $300-500. And I oticed that most reviewers of this company said they spent several $100s or more for their cleaning. So I sent Service Express several questions. Tonya said the technical "will decide if my ducts are ready for cleaning." She refused to tell me what criteria will be used to decide if they are "ready." When pressed for an answer, she refunded my money rather than answer the question. The point is that this company (and perhaps others in the duct cleaning business) are scammers. They sucker us in for their $79 specials, then come up with arbitrary reasons why we need to spend more. I refuse to become another victim.

Michael and Yousef found pretty bad issues with several A/C ducts, A/C drains clogged and dryer vent almost completely blocked with lint. Their quote was more than expected, but well worth the price. Michael provided clear evidence of all the issues with before and after pictures. They even removed a dead rat found in the attic! I'll call them back for additional services in my home.
