OXFORD CLEANERS

This company charges a premium price for convenience but delivers nothing but frustration. Their services are already bad enough and overpriced. To make it worse, I found out that I was being charged for someone else's laundry which was made apparent by their clothes being delivered to my house. Every time I tried to call and resolve the situation the person answering the phone at the Pearland location was exceptionally rude, pedantic, and dismissive; a real jerk. He treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about when I said I never gave them any clothes at that time and that they could not be mine (yet he consistently insisted that they were my clothes). Nonetheless I was repeatedly charged for clothes that were not mine and it took several months of phone calls and emails to get this resolved and to permanently close my account (at least I hope they did). MW corporate made several halfhearted gestures throughout the process but as nothing improved, changed or was resolved, it was clear they weren't doing anything meaningful on their end. Only a verbal threat of legal action seem to get their attention to end this nightmare.

Very hard-working and courteous crew. Often remember us by name making transactions quick. Have returned items (e.g. ID Cards) accidently left in clothes. Clothes are well maintained.

They severely damaged a cocktail dress that I brought to them for cleaning. The owner feels no responsibility for items left at the cleaner that are damaged during the cleaning process.
The dress and other items were dropped off on May 22nd, upon pick up the next day I was just told the dress was not ready and would be ready the next day, then the following day I was told the chained collar came off and they would fix it and have it ready on Friday. When I came to pick up the dress again, I looked at the fix and it looked like something a beginning sewing class student would do. I was informed the owner would contact me, but I did not receive any call.
Today I was told by the clerk (whom is very nice) and quot;the owner didn't call you because he didn't want anything to do with you and your business. He said he is not responsible for fixing your damaged dress, it is on the back of the receipt. Since it is a manufacturers defect.and quot;
I informed her that they cleaned the dress before and it was fine and all of the sudden it is a manufacturers defect. She then said she was suppose to have made me sign a release for the dress but forgot and the owner didn't care what I did.
All I ever wanted was for the owner to take responsibility and fix my dress correctly. I was not asking for anything monetary wise.
This business does not feel they have a responsibility to their customers and I would ask that you think twice before taking any high priced item to this facility.

They are doing a good job. We are very happy with them. They are very thorough, courteous and respectful. They are very efficient.

I have used the company many times with only one incident. The shirts come back clean and neatly arranged with the sleeves folded in front. They treat the shirts for soil on the collars and sleeves, and they come out reasonably clean. Sometimes there are rings around the collar and sleeves. Once they broke a button, but they replaced it when I brought the shirt back. They did not burn or tear holes in the shirts, which was what happened at the cleaners I used before, so I believe the service is somewhat above average.

Over all good friendly service. I will use Oxford Cleaners again

Price was for 26 garments, shirts, dresses, pants, etc...all completed perfectly by the next day.These individuals are very professional and courteous. Our garments are always impeccable when we pick them up. They are all about customer satisfaction. Love these guys. Highly recommend!

Great place. Even have a drive-up, though I don't use it. Courteous, prompt, keep garments that they deem "not cleaned properly" and fix them to their satisfaction. Most importantly, they'll take back hangers. I hate throwing hangers away.
