Excellent, no problems

I spoke with a receptionist who said she would have an estimator call me within 1-2 days. It's been a week and no return call. Won't call again. I certainly won't use someone who won't return phone calls. Had that job gone well, we have lots more services we could have contracted for. Their loss.

A couple of months ago, we had a roofer check out a leak around a dormer window. He said he couldn't find anything but wanted to replace the roof. I knew it wasn't needed. After the storms the last couple of days, the leak that wasn't there leaked water through the ceiling in the dining room. I called several roofers. Two never called back; one said it would take two weeks to come by and give an estimate. Called Bay Area - the phone was answered and Rafael came over within hours to survey the roof. He said there were some problems, showed me pictures of the problems and gave a reasonable estimate. He also temporarily fixed the big leak. The work was to be done the next day. Honest, fair and service oriented. Other roofing companies could learn a lot from Bay Area Roofers.

After a couple of delays due to weather the team moved in and went to work. They cleaned up constantly which left us with no debris at the end of each day and the completion of the job. They installed a ridge vent as well. Very professional hard workers

This company is top-notch. Communication was excellent, as was dealing with Nathan, the owner and the operations manager, Hermilio. The crew was punctual, attentive, polite and very efficient. The manager returned to give a final inspection and the crew cleaned up all debris completely before leaving.. The new roof looks great and everything was completed within 9 hours. I definitely recommend Bay Area Roofers without hesitation.

All work done on my two-story home was performed on time and with great attention to detail.  Trim work was done very well and Hector the painter was deliberate and careful.  His effort resulted in NO overspray, excellent caulking, and a beautiful finish.  The other estimate was 40% higher, i would recommend Bay Area to any other homeowner in the Friendswood / Pearland area.

Called for a quote. Got a timely response and a scheduled appointment. Carl, whose father established the business, came  out and provided the quote. He impressed as a no-nonsense, trustworthy and competent individual. I valued the fact that the company was a local established family business, certified by the shingle manufacturer, and had multiple year excellent Angie list reviews.  His firm provided the longest contractor warranty (7 year) and the quote was also the lowest so selecting it was a "no brainer".  He put me on the schedule. They have four 6-7 man roofing crews. Our roofing crew arrived on time and completed the installation in two days as promised. The yard and driveway were cleaned up well. All the vent jacks and HAV's were painted to match the GAF Timberline shingle color.  My wife approves of the appearance so all I can say is I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company for reroofing jobs based on my experience.

Riley was very professional and down to earth. Not a pushy salesman style which I can't stand. I'll use their services in the future.

We solicited three bids and chose this one because of reputation, good reviews on Angie's List, the liability insurance policy, the number of paint coats, and price -- it was the lowest bid. We had to wait a couple of months while some other houses were completed, and it was rainy weather. But we knew that in advance, did not mind, and Nathan kept us updated on a regular basis. A subcontractor painted the house and did a great job. Nathan checked the work on a regular basis. The painters purchased the wrong paint shade for our doors and shutters, but I had the original email to Nathan detailing the paint colors and product numbers so he replaced the paint color at no charge to me. The painters had to paint one side of the house numerous times because the paint would not dry, but Nathan did not charge me for the extra paint. Nathan and the two painters were professional, courteous, responsive and did a good job.

Our old roof was only 10 years old and even though the shingles were good, the nails weren't and it leaked.  We had Bay Area Roofers out several times to do repairs and they were always excellent and DID NOT try to sell us a new roof.  However, new leaks kept showing up so since we liked  their skills and their honesty we chose them to provide a new roof.  They were very quick and did an excellent job.  We highly recommend them.
