Excellent service and customer contact from Bay Area Roofers. We were called back within 3-4 hours to schedule a consultation, and we were able to schedule the consultation within 24 hours. Our issue was not urgent so we were very satisfied with the time frame. Extremely professional with dealing with the main office as well the area rep. Price was adequate for the service performed and most importantly the job was done and there was no mess left behind. Will use again for sure.

Bay Area Roofers provided estimate to strip off old roof and replace with new roof. Estimate was inline with others that I received and I decided to use Bay Area Roofers. The work was performed in a very professional manner by skilled roofers on the day promised and all debris was removed from site. Very pleased with service provided.

They were competitive with the other company it had bid. I would use them again. They didn't listen to me. They were all about what they were going to do and very professional about it. But I had questions and it was like they did not want to listen to me.

Great, fast, professional and on budget

Excellent Big crew here 8-10 guys each day Supervisors on site Crews took a couple breaks for lunch and short hydration breaks as a group and then restarted work as a team. Covered grounds around house w tarps during demo and took care to move potted plants and orher furniture. Did job in 1.5 days. Coordinated around weather Thankful that we had big crew to be efficient and work on multiple roof areas. Was not lowest bid but close Checked references of 6 companies and awarded work to Bay Area Roofers. Paid when complete. Some smaller companies want 50% down which you would want to be sure they are legit and will start work when planned.

we got a complete new roof and the vent system. Beautiful and shining! Bay Area Roofers offered me a reasonable price, not the lowest but compared to the materials and warranty they offered is the best. They had 7-10 crafts working two days to finish the job. Everything was good, the team was easy to communicate. We will definitely use them for our future work.

With all the work they did, I had no complaints what-so-ever. I was very pleased with the quality of work they did and their clean up.

Karl was quick to respond to my request and came to the house to give me an immediate quote on the roof. His quote was a little less than two others but it was the warranty that won me over. Once I decided to go with Bay Area Roofers, I was scheduled in a timely fashion. His crew was there as scheduled, on time, and completed the work in one day. They left my property neat and I only found a couple of nails which is expected.

They have done two houses for us and they do great work! On both houses they did the roof, gutters, siding, and painting. There's a few bumps along the way but that's to be expected on a big job with several crews. Nathan and Herminio made sure everything was taken care of! They dealt like pros with all the questions from me, the detail-oriented engineer. All the crews were friendly and they kept the worksite clean. Nathan was great to work with even as we kept changing up requests and moving start dates based other projects like foundation and windows. He's patient and friendly and it's reflected in all the members of their team.

Bay Area Roofers were very professional, courteous, responsive, and price competitive. A couple of problems resulting from the work were resolved quickly and effectively.

Both jobs were excellent. Beautiful high quality roof. Really made house look great. Much better look that the four other homes in the block that recently had roofs replaced by other firms. Preparation before painting was excellent. Replaced rotted boards, cleaned and chalked everything. All debris was cleaned and hauled off. Repaired gutters. Came back to touch-up paint after roofers completed roof. Total price was cheaper, including the exterior painting, than the two other roof only bids and included many roof items that were extra cost options on the other bids (like heavy duty ridge shinges, replacing attic power vents, and adding ridge vents).

Herminio (Operations manager), Santiago (Onsite supervisor) and all Bay Area Roofers' dedicated staff who worked on my roof Nov 10th - Nov 12th did a FANTASTIC and TOP QUALITY job. Both Santiago and Herminio are EXPERT what they do and we were very much impressed with their professionalism. Herminio and Santiago did an excellent and thorough job of pre and post re-roofing inspection of the attic and fixing minor problems (such as making sure HVAC and water heater lines are not punctured during nailing operation and fixing if these were too close to the roof decking) and rest of the staff cleaned and magnetically scanned the entire area for any left over nails and/or metallic objects at the end of project. We are EXTREMELY pleased with the quality of the work done by Bay Area Roofers. I waiting a few weeks before I called to get the worked scheduled. When I did I was told I would get a call back to confirm a date and time but I never did I had to call them. I was disappointed in the responsiveness. But was pleased with the work done. No more leaks since.

They did an excellent job, They were able to do the entire roof in one day. They had a lot of people working on it. I found a few problems and they came out the very next day and fixed the problems. They were very friendly and were very responsive to all of my questions before and after the job.

The company installed a new roof in September, 2016. They did a good job in a timely manner.

A couple of months ago, we had a roofer check out a leak around a dormer window. He said he couldn't find anything but wanted to replace the roof. I knew it wasn't needed. After the storms the last couple of days, the leak that wasn't there leaked water through the ceiling in the dining room. I called several roofers. Two never called back; one said it would take two weeks to come by and give an estimate. Called Bay Area - the phone was answered and Rafael came over within hours to survey the roof. He said there were some problems, showed me pictures of the problems and gave a reasonable estimate. He also temporarily fixed the big leak. The work was to be done the next day. Honest, fair and service oriented. Other roofing companies could learn a lot from Bay Area Roofers.

Job was done and leaks have not returned

After a couple of delays due to weather the team moved in and went to work. They cleaned up constantly which left us with no debris at the end of each day and the completion of the job. They installed a ridge vent as well. Very professional hard workers
