I think that the work was about average. It was kind of hard to work with the crew because none of them spoke English and I could tell that they were not long term roofers. I think the largest reason for that is because it is hurricane aftermath crews.

It went really well. I paid the quote that I received and I was happy with the results. The staff was friendly and got their jobs done. They cleaned up after themselves but missed a couple of things.

We called them the day after Hurricane Ike. They came out promptly to cover any areas that could let water in if we got more rain. He (Michael) said my tarp job was sufficient, so he would keep us on the list to come back and re-roof the house. Within two weeks they were back. It took them two full days. They used 4 nails per shingle sheet. They cleaned up after themselves very well. They even rolled a magnet around the yard to pick up any nails or old staples.

It is far better than I would have ever guessed. Looks like a new house. All the neighbors have come by to tell us how good it looks.

The job started on time and was done in two days, less time than I expected. I don't have a lot of experience with roofing, but the workmanship looks good. The crew cleaned up the mess for the most part, though we're still finding pieces of that cellophane backing all over the place. Their price was competitive (we have a large roof, 4600 sq. feet.). Nathan, our sales rep, was persistent but also responsive and answered all our questions fully.

The gentleman who came out was professional and fair. He looked at the problem, offered some advice and said we did not need his help. We will call him when we need a new roof as he was honest about the situation.

They were friendly and knew what they were doing. They answered all my questions and did not try to sell me a new roof, when all I needed was a repair. I found Bay Area to be quite good.

The turbine blew off my roof during the last wind storm. I called Bay Area Roofers to see if they did that type of work, and if yes, when could they come out. Within a few days they picked up my old turbine to see if it was still usable and then came back and placed the vent on my roof and replaced a missing shingle. Rather than just sticking in a single shingle that would have looked out of place They made it look cosmetically good.

They were there when they said they'd be there, finished when they said they'd be finished, and they re-scanned the back yard after I found a couple of nails. They honored a 6-month-old estimate as well.

After noticing a small leak in the roof we called Bay Area. They returned our call the next business day and set up the appointment. Michael came by to give us an estimate for both with and without plywood. He then called to follow up and let us know the work would be done in about 7-10 business days. He called back a day or two later to ask if they could come sooner (5 business days later). The men worked efficiently and the job seems to be great!

This company was very competitive with their bid and I was very pleased with the work. They had a full crew that was well experienced and there were no accidents on the job. I felt that this was a great quality job for the money. The company and workers were always up front. This is just an exceptional company.

This is a great company. The owner is especially nice. I was very pleased at the fact that he explained to me in detail, what exactly happened. He explained how it happened. I felt very comfortable that he took the time to give me an explanation. The cost was exactly what he said it would be. I would have loved it to be less. I have no complaints. Bay Area roofers are very dependable, professional people. They recently replaced my roof on my home & I was very pleased with their work. My house needed a completely new roof. Plywood, tarpaper, & shingles were replaced very efficiently in two days, & we are very pleased with the company s services.
