They were very responsive. They listened to me. They did everything I asked them to do and redid things that I wanted them to redo. The workers were very good. Everything is holding up okay. The price was high; but I got what I paid for.

They came out and gave us an estimate. They showed up on time. The estimate was very fair and it was the price I paid after they did the job. They said that they would send someone out in a couple of days to do the estimates and they gave the same price. They then came out a couple of days later to do the work. It couldn't have been better. I am very pleased with the work. They even cleaned up afterwards. I was very impressed with the work they did and how they handled it. I would recommend them!

We were experiencing leaks around the roof openings (heater flue, pluming vents, etc) Bay area came out next day and gave us an estimate. We needed just one fixed immediately, but the work was too small to justify a crew coming out, so they went through, and calked all the roof opening, and insured we would not have any problems from any of them. Very satisfied

Sticker shock from this company. I strongly urge all members to get 3 estimates for comparison! The price from this company was 2x the price quoted by both of the other bidders, and Nathan told me it would take 31 squares of shingles. Both other companies quoted 17 squares and I also checked online to find out the quantity necessary for the square footage of my roof-17 squares...The bids were all for the same product/product quality. Nathan was very nice, but not nice enough to justify twice the price.

They came out on time and looked at the water marks on the sheetrock in the dining room. He got his ladder immediately began to look at the flashing around the bay windows where I told them it was leaking. After checking, Josh told me it was not the flashing leaking, but rather problems with the caulking at the bottom of the 2 story windows. SInce the recent storm came with some heavy rain, he said the rain was coming down the windows and straight inside the wall. He told me that they would have to charge a minimum to re-caulk the windows, but suggested if I wasn't afraid of the ladder, I could probably do the job for under $10.00. He was at the house about 30 minutes and did not charge for coming out. I had previously had the flashing "fixed" after we experienced a leak during Ike, and it leaked again a year later. I redid the bay windows at that time. Bay Area could have "fixed" my bay window again, charged me whatever and I would have been none the wiser until the next heavy rain, but instead they were honest and professional. I didn't have to have my roof replaced after Ike so it won't be long before it needs to be replaced. You can bet Bay Area Roofers will be the first company I call when that time comes. I appreciated the fact they did not take advantage of me. Honesty and integrity in a roofing company. Wow!

this guys did a great job, all of the crew members and the first contact guys were great, solid work attitudes and these guys take pride in their work. they were clean, neat and all of the joints were neat and tight. Well painted and lots of chaulking where it needed to be placed. I would and will use these guys again and would highly recommend them to anyone. Great job you guys and thanks fr the solid job.

I was really impressed. The guy said they got some people in my area who could probably come out quick. They got some people out on that day. They were very prompt and called ahead of time. They did the job very well. I was well pleased and thought they were a very professional company. I would absolutely use their services again in the future.

We noticed some problems on the roof and we wanted them to come and look at them. There were minor repairs and we have it done yearly. They did a good job and I didn’t find any major problems. The price paid to them was within $100 or $200. They came on time and their pricing was fair. I would certainly use their services in the future too.

I called Nathan on Wednesday and by noon Thursday, he had a crew of two men up on the roof working. By about 6 pm they had finished, cleaned up and left. We were concerned about the cleanup and possible damage to the grass below the chimney from falling shingles, etc. But, everything was kept tidy and the shingles were bagged and brought down the ladder rather than dumped on the grass below the chimney. Work was efficient and effective. We plan to use them in the future when we put on new siding.

They were very competitive on price. They were on schedule and on time. The roof was all installed properly, and they did a first class job. And they answered all the questions I had, which made me happy.

They were very professional when they came to get the job done. They were okay. They got everything done on time and they cleaned up pretty well. Basically it was a good experience with no problems. They are expensive.

I was impressed by their detailed listing on the estimate, and also impressed that they use quality products. I also had them give me an estimate on an exterior painting job; they use my favorite brand of paint, Sherwin-Williams. I will be using them for the painting job. I have decided to wait a few years on the roofing job.

I ultimately chose another company. They were very nice and professional. They did a good job with the bid. There was just one snag. I had 3 companies bid and the company I used was a little less expensive. Bay Area was the last company I had come out to quote. I told them they were a little more expensive and I asked why he was worth more money. He said it was because the other company was using builder grade materials and I went back to that company and they said they were not. It caused me to lose confidence in Bay Area Roofers. Maybe he didn't have enough knowledge about the product they were using. They were professional, on time and courteous. They had a nice brochure. I think making the global statement about a competitor was unprofessional.

We have previously used them. This estimate was over the top high as compared to our first experience with them. It was ridiculously high. They are now charging a minimum fee. He also priced out the price of a new roof and he said he would get back to me and never did. We had used them the first time because a tree had fallen on our house and made a hole in the roof and I was impressed with them at that time. They were reasonable, prompt and professional so I had no qualms in calling them the second time. I think their minimum charge was $250 to $275. They charge for a full bundle of shingles and they couldn't match it. My husband ended up fixing it because it was so small. Their new system of pricing is very high. Initially they advertised that they did small repairs and that's the reason I called them. I thought it was unprofessional not to get back to me on the quote. When I called them back they said they would drop the charge to the minimum. The original repair was $350 but they had to replace plywood so I thought it was reasonable.

Very good experience. I called them in the morning, their estimator call me an hour or so later and set up a time to come look at the roof the next day. He left me an estimate and I called him the next day to have them do the job (This was a Friday). On Tuesday, they completed the job and it was well done. The estimator called me back to make sure I was happy with the work. THen I was asked to complete payment. Excellent work with excellent customer service.

Nathan was always on time when meeting with me. When I showed a bid from another roofer Nathan gave me a better rate. He checked on the site during the job to make sure it was going smoothly and that the workers had materials that they needed. Throughout the job Nathan and the crew were courteous to check and clean up the ground area from nails and other debris. I was very happy with the job.

Received a call to schedule the work within 48 hours after I had accepted their proposal. Crew called a day before to confirm the appointment and arrived on time. Removed all singles around the air vent and the satellite dish mountings. Repaired with new shingles and sealed all mountings. Cleaned up and left within a few of hours. Roof has not leaked after being tested with the recent thunderstorms. Quite satisfied with their work.

I think they were on the list and the guy that came out seemed to be knowledgeable. They gave me a price and seemed to be competitive compared to the others. I paid around $3,000 on that work and I think it was about $1400 for the roof for the gazebo.

They came out quickly to give us an estimate, came on the day they said they would and cleaned up afterwards. I couldn't have been happier with them. The price included inspection by a TDI engineer. The only problem we had was that it took a lot longer than they told me for the certification to show up on the Texas Dept of Insurance website so that we could send the certification to our Windstorm insurance carrier. I'm not sure that this was their fault and they were very receptive when I called or emailed about this, always got back to me. They sent me the report by email so that I could send it to my insurance agent. Very nice group of people to work with.

Because there were two layers of shingles it took extra effort to take the old shingles down. The crew worked well together and had the new roof on in one day. They also replaced a few boards under the tar sheets. After 3 years the roof still looks new. Our roof survived Hurricanes Rita and Ike with no damage.

I was very pleased because they were able to give me a price right up front. They did the proposal for the work and said that they would not change the price from the one listed in the proposal. I was pleased that they stuck with their price. They were very punctual for the servicing and they called before they came out. They said that they would be a couple hours for the repair and they stuck to that time frame. I was pleased that they took the time to clean everything up.

They were very professional. I asked that they take precautions with my yard and flower beds and they did an excellent job of accommodating my request. They were punctual and clean.
