Air Specialist Heating & Air Conditioning

Air Specialist was fantastic from start to finish, from diagnosing the problems in my AC to replacing it. I already had a company recommend that I replace my system, but I had hoped I could last until autumn. One morning, my AC would only run for a minute at a time. Air Specialist had a technician there by lunchtime. Among other problems, the blower was shot, the circuit board had a fried resistor and the coils were leaking refrigerant. It was cheaper to replace the system. By the afternoon, an estimator came in. Given the size of my condo, he recommended a standard Carrier unit. He did not try to upsell me to a unit with variable speed. Two other companies placed bids for Lennox and Daikin at higher prices. I picked Air Specialist. The crew was there the next morning and finished the installation in half a day. When I noticed some pinhole leaks, they had a technician here the following day and sealed all of them.
