Top Gun installed a new system in our home last year. We haven’t had any issues but Friday after hours our AC went out. We had company coming in town and David and Alex saved the day!! Alex came out the same day (night) to fix it and had it back up and running within an hour. Truly the BEST customer service ever! SO happy we chose to go with Top Gun over other companies. Can’t say enough about what a fantastic experience we’ve had with these guys from install to continued service and support.

The owner, Jon, came personally and serviced 2 separate AC units. I called the day before and he answered immediately and answered all of my questions, and was up front with all pricing. He then came out the next day, right on time, and completed all of the work. Unlike other experiences with alternate providers that turn the service call into a sales pitch, there were no surprises, he told me everything was in great shape, and even went above and beyond in terms how thoroughly he cleaning of the units. I would hire him again, and will for any future work, and recommend Jon and his team without hesitation!
