Possible Roof Leak

Terry and team did an awesome job! Came out within a day to get me a quote and identity the problem. He shared pictures and was able to have a crew out before the end of the week to get it prepared. Best of all they warranty their work and did a great job of cleaning up after they finished. Would definitely use them again!

Highly recommend Roofing Solutions of Texas as they were very professional from start to end of the project. They walked us through the entire project and made sure we understood the options and let us make the right decision for us. They were on time,each time and finished on schedule. They protected our property and cleaned up when the job was completed. They inspected inside our attics to make sure everything was sealed and completed properly.

This is the third roof I have had put on in 5 years (different houses) and Roofing Solutions of Texas by far did the best job. Terry was easy to work with to arrange the roof install and perform the final inspection. They had an on site foreman who was not part of the work crew and was present nearly 100% to oversee the roof install. I wish I could remember the gentleman's name but he was also very nice and easy to communicate with about my concerns. After the work was complete, they worked to address my one concern quickly. I have not had a single problem with the roof and gutters since it was installed in December 2017.

I wanted the roof checked for any problems that needed attention. They had to replace a few shingles and caulk around some flutes.

I had several missing and loose shingles after a bad storm. My roof is 8 years old. I was afraid I'd need a whole new roof. I called the moment I realized I had this problem. I texted Terry pictures of what I could see. They showed up exactly when they told me they would, and were able to perform the necessary repairs the same day! Luckily, I didn't need a whole new roof, just repairs for now. Turns out, I also had a turbine that was non-functional, and they took care of that, as well. The price was very reasonable. have a manufactured home. Terry Jackson arrived on time to give give an estimate on 11-13-2018 and it was reasonable. The supervisor and work crew arrived as scheduled at 7 am on 11-26-2018. The roof was repaired and the singles were replaced with eight hours. They replaced decking on one corner of the house above the master bathroom and a small area above the guest room.

It went great. The roof was inspected for damage and a tune up of the room was completed. The owner worked as a team with his roofing technician for safety purposes. The owner of the company took pictures to show me what was needed and did not try to sell me services that were not needed.

I dealt with Joe Wilson, who was a pleasure to do business with. He came out to look at the job and to give a quote - and proceeded to spend a considerable amount of time on the roof. He gave me a full report on what he saw, and had many photos to show me exactly what he was talking about. He then gave a very reasonable quote for the repair of the roof section. But - he then talked about a number of smaller problems/issues he spotted, as well as his thoughts on the origin of the leak and what could be done to stop it. He then said that his company would take care of all that as well - for the same quoted price! He explained his thoughts on customer care, and his thinking that he is looking for lifelong customers. He knows that this roof will be needing help in the future and wants to have us come back to him and Roofing Solutions of Texas for that work (and any future work). We will be doing that for sure. He was an ultimate professional, and spent time educating me about my roof and what should be done now and what will need to be done later. His crew was punctual, efficient and clean. They even cleared away some branches from a large tree that had been damaging a section of the roof away from where the repair was done. I consider myself a picky customer who tends to be tight with such full-on praise - but Roofing Solutions and Joe Wilson deserve the accolades.

Terry and Gary and the crew were very professional and made sure that the job was done correctly and in a timely fashion. They also protected all the plants that were impacted, and made sure the job site was cleaned thoroughly before they left. Our house suffered major damage in a tennis ball sized hail storm and per our insurance, we needed the roof, gutters, and screens to be replaced and the fence power washed and re-stained. After doing our research, we elected to go with Roofing Solutions of Texas as our primary contractor for the work and are so glad we did. From the beginning, Terry was proactive and extremely easy to work with. He explained to us step by step how to interpret the insurance forms, what the process would be, what the timeline was, and what our options were. He explained they could handle everything but since we already had someone else in mind to do the screens and fence, he simply cut them the checks for their work. Zero issue. Their performance on our roof and gutters was phenomenal. The roof took one day, the gutters another half day, and not only did they do superior work, thanks to Terry’s expertise and recommendations, our house actually looks much better than before. We honestly can’t say enough about our experience with this company and they have definitely earned our highest possible recommendation. A++

Terry the sales rep came to our house explained the work, answered to all of our questions. He also gave us a written quote and explained what each item was. As soon as we were ready to schedule the replacement, he scheduled us within a week. The project manager and team of roofers came in bright and early, finished the job by early afternoon. They let us see what they were doing and answered our questions. Everything went without a hitch. The only improvement, would be the follow up call/text the day before they came for roofing. We had to call them to confirm. The gutter replacement is done at a alter date and that team came and performed the job quickly as well.

They arrived a couple of hours early to try to finish before the coming rain since we had a active leak area. They replaced a vent cover as they worked in the same general area and finished faster than we thought. Before the paperwork was done, the project manager checked the work to make sure everything was done and made sure I had all my paperwork.

Once again Joe & crew promptly showed up to fix a small roof issue at my home - they work conscientiously and the finished product quality is excellent. The repair blended in with the existing roof and they repainted the flashing a better color to match the shingles. While there they also noticed a small problem with a vent line boot and fixed that also.

Professional job with engineering decisions that should make it the last roof I ever buy. We have a low pitch roof and they put ice and water barrier on the entire roof not just the valleys. The other companies proposal didn’t. I felt very confident with Terry Jackson, an owner, who worked with us. Great experience!
