Very happy with technician and quality of work.

My ceiling fans were late being delivered but Hop2it got some of the prep work done to install the new ceiling fan and installed a bathroom vent fan. Noah L. and the other technician (forgot his name!) did a great job installing the vent fan in a tight space.

Installation was smooth as silk! The installers were on time, efficient and very professional. They left everything ship shape and gave us a walkthrough when done to make sure everything was in order and all the breakers were properly labeled. I was particularly impressed that they put on shoe covers before entering our home. None of the other contractors who bid on the job were that consciencious. Their price was slightly more than the other bids, but they were able to explain the additional value we were getting. I'd definitely hire them again.

Cody and his assistant did a great job. I was contacted Prior to the appointment to let me know they were on their way. They both wore masks, were very respectful and worked efficiently to remove the old fan and install the new one. They cleaned up after themselves, helped replace the rug and furniture and took the old fan with them so I didn’t have to concern myself with it. I will definitely use them again!

Anthony was phenomenal.. VERY knowledgeable on ALL the different types of fixtures I asked about. Was able to give me the pros and cons of each one, which made my decision SOOOO much easier ..Anthony is a REAL asset to this company.. Joe in the office, who took my initial call and request for service, was a VERY professional, customer service oriented employee..Very CUSTOMER SERVICE oriented!! I felt the charges for what I had done were VERY reasonable. This organization will definitely be my 'go to' for any electrical work in the future. My wife is already getting her 'things to do' list together for some other future 'updates' of fixtures and outlets.. Anthony will be my 'top of the list' employee to do my work.
