Jeff does a great job. I have an all glass (roof too) sunroom. Unfortunately it is under a large messy tree so the sunroom needs to be cleaned frequently. Jeff is always on time, does a great job and manages to fit me into his busy schedule. Thanks Jeff!

Jeff and his crew arrived on time. They were very professional and actually put covers on their shoes when they came inside. I have one window that the shutter cannot be opened due to the clothes dryer blocking the shutter. Jeff actually moved my dryer out so he could open the shutter and clean the window. In all my years of using window cleaning companies no one has ever done that before!! I asked them to clean all my exterior light fixtures and replace some light bulbs that had burnt out. Jeff and his crew made them sparkle! They also cleaned all my screens! They were very conscientious and careful of the job they did. I am definitely having them come back again!

They did a fantastic job. You can hardly tell the windows are there. There even repaired some of my screens for no extra cost. It was the best job on windows I have ever seen. They were quick and clean, laid mats down. I told them to give me a call next year. This is how satisfied I was with them.

My husband was home when the father & son team arrived promptly as scheduled. They cleaned all windows inside and out, including sills and window screens. Cleaned our french doors & storm doors inside and out. We had asked to have our back flagstone patio power washed which they did. When I came home from work the windows were sparkling clean & the patio looked like new! We have decided to use Ace at least once a year as they did an excellent job and who wants to spend an entire day cleaning windows! We thought the price was very reasonable as it came out to about $8 per window + $75 for the patio. The patio power wash was so much better than going to Home Depot, renting a machine and trying to load in & out of the trunk of our car, then trying to figure out how to operate, and finally another hour cleaning. So worth it to spend $75 & have it done professionally. Will definitely use Ace Window Cleaning in the future.

The crew of three showed up right on time and went right to work. They cleaned the windows, brushed out and cleaned the tracks around the windows and performed the work quickly, efficiently and professionally. We were quite pleased with their work and thoroughness. They exhibited their expertise by pointing out the seals on two windows were leaking moisture within the double pane and will need to be replaced soon. Since they don't sell windows, their advice was appreciated. Their charge was considerably less than two other bids. We would gladly recommend them to our friends and neighbors. We selected them from Angie's List.

Jeff and his crew were punctual, professional, informative and pleasant. They did an excellent job in a remarkably short time. I appreciated that they wore booties over their shoes when working inside. I would recommend them without reservation.

They did an excellent job. I've had different window cleaners in the past but this is the best one I've used so far. They were very thorough and pointed out windows that had problems with their seals. They protected the floors in my home as well.

Excellent experience overall. Very professional and courteous; kept me posted on the backup date (after rescheduling for weather). Called when en route to the house, and did a great job on both the windows and gutters--very thorough. Price matched estimate, and was a good value. Windows are spotless, and gutters are totally clean (they were chock full of decayed leaves and debris). Would definitely recommend for any size job, and will definitely use again.

They were great! We had some really tall windows in family room that they cleaned them so well we thought the windows were missing. They were very polite and got the job done in less than 3 hours. Will definitely be using them again.

I called and spoke with the very friendly owner who gave me the option of a phone or in-person estimate. I chose the phone estimate and he was very thorough in explaining different costs for windows and solar screens, etc. His estimate was only $12 lower than the final price. I got an appointment for the work within a few days. The 2 workers arrived on time and I was surprised to find out one of them was the owner I'd spoken with on the phone. He was just as friendly and professional in person. He walked around the house counting windows and solar screens and gave me a final price before they started to work. They cleaned all of the windows and window sills inside and out. They wore booties inside the house and protected my carpet from water damage with blankets. In my son's room, some gel window decorations had melted in years of sun and left a slimy trail down the window and even under the window to the outside. He used some goo-gone and a LOT of elbow grease and got it cleaned up without complaint or an extra charge. In another room, the blinds came off the wall when he tried to lift them up. The owner came right to me and explained what had happened. I was thrilled he didn't try to hide the damage (several of the 17 year old slats broke). He was able to put the blinds back up and I forgave the damage because the blinds are so old and brittle and need to be replaced anyway. Both cleaners put up with my 85# dog occasionally visiting them and asking to be petted. I watched once as the dog put her nose print on a newly cleaned window and the guy just wiped it clean again and laughed at her. The owner also showed me where I had broken seals on some of the dual-paned windows and told me what to watch for and how to tell if it was getting worse. All 22 windows were cleaned in only 2 hours with no mess and no fuss. Love having windows I can see out of now!
