Description of Work: I requested service for a suspected frozen indoor water line in my refrigerator and to determine if the hoses on a 12year old washing machine were holding up or needed to be replaced. |Service resulted in replacing the washer hoses and adjusting the cooling settings on the refrigerator, advised to wait and see... if not resolved turn fridge off and allow line to thaw. | |Chris was here maybe 30mins. | |Still no water flowing from water dispenser on fridge. | | | | |

Thanks for the review, and sorry I didn't get some better scores with you but as far as my Professionalism I do believe it should have been an A I'm in uniform, marked van, on time,clean cut, and explained everything I could about the problems you were having. My Quality should have been an A also after explaining everything to you so you would know what was going on I also used top brand parts and instesd of rubber hoses you recieved Stainless Steel when I replaced them. The problem you are having with the GE Refrigarator is a factory issue which can be looked up on line and many complaints about the water lines freezing a person only has two choices to try and turn up the temp.to a warmer setting which if it works it takes a long time to thaw or if it don't work take all your food out and turn unit off defrost for about 12-24 hrs. this problem is not mine nor can I correct it why I'm there out of my control so which I should not be judged for this in a bad way. But if there is anything I can ever do for you please give me a call Thanks.

I would like to think you for your review but you have given a false reveiw or labor rate for that job was $85.00 the rest was Tax and Part, I don't know were you found your part but we only use factory issued parts and the one you found must have been a off brand or used/rebuilt part if you would have called and asked me i would have verified it to you and as far as the other low scores and not A's all customers get the same perfessonal treatment and I'm very kind to all and I do believe you just put lower scores down do to how you felt about the price. If you would like to talk about we can but maybe you will do the right thing and change the review to better scoring which would be the right thing.

Description of Work: replaced the heating element on my gas dryer: I only waited two days for the repair,he was on time, just as he promised; he cleaned my dryer as well as repaired, and additionally took the time to evaluate my dishwasher, quoted a price and returned in a couple of days to make that repair. No hassle, he was quick, polite, efficient. I trust him.

Description of Work: He fixed my refrigerator water dispenser at no charge except the service fee. No repairs necessary. That was great! However, our 8 yr old washing machine needed a major repair that would have cost $350. We opted for a new one and didn't do the repair. He was honest, and we were pleased with his service.

Description of Work: They were called to repair our ice maker. They said it was repaired and several days later the ice maker quit working. I called to ask the technician( Stan) to come back again and he never returned my call. I called the owner and he said he would take care of it. I waited several weeks with no call and called the owner back again and he again said he would have Stan or someone call and get someone out. I waited several weeks and again received no call back. I finally gave up and found another repair place but had to pay the new repair place several hundred dollars more for their visit and a repair that should have been made by the first technician. Anyone considering using this company should reconsider. They are a scam.
