I thought my refrigerator would have to be replaced but they found the problem right away and replaced the compressor relay and it was up and cooling perfectly. The service on my a/c is done every spring and fall and I wouldn't have any other company out but them to do it.

Refilled w/gas and put in leak detection dye. There was a very small leak. Then they came back and put in something to stop the leak. They said it only works about 50 percent of the time, but we decided to try it. That was about 100.00 versus a lot more for new coils. So far, it seems like it worked!

I typically call Williams Heating and Air Conditioning for any appliance repair I may need. The young man that they sent out was very good. We had a problem with our washing machine. I consider them to be reasonably priced. It is the basic $80 per hour technician charge. A switch went out on the door of the washing machine. They are very easy to work with. Geoffrey Hare is the technician and he is a very good diagnostician. He is able to determine quickly what is wrong and fix it. Usually you have to wait on parts so it is a two-trip visit. They are very capable and the price isn't out of line, I'm sure it is what everybody else has in the way of professional appliance repair. We've used them many times through the years.

They came out and repaired my refrigerator because the ice maker was not working. It's this one particular young fellow named Jeremy who always comes out and he is just really good.

We have no complaints only compliments.

Our next door neighbors had a new system installed by Williams and noticed how pleasant it was in their house, so we followed their lead. The technicians were some of the nicest men we have do work on our home. They were on time and communicated what they were doing to us. During the work we thought the house would never be clean in the areas where the new ductwork was put in, but it was spotless before they left. The new system is efficient and keeps the house very comfortable.

After arriving it took a while for the technician to figure out it was a simple fuse problem. Once this was determined it took fifteen minutes to replace it, and put the system back together. We were not billed for the extra time, which showed their honesty and professionalism. We were also impressed with his manners, and how clean he was. This problem has not recurred.

After we put an addition on our house the old compressor could not handle it, so Williams installed a more powerful one. The unit is outside, so they did not have to go inside the house, minimizing the mess. The technicians were on time, and finished the installation in only two hours. They answered several questions we had, and also tested the system to make sure it was operating properly. The job worked out perfect for us. The new compressor handles the increased size of the house.

The whirlpool appliance man returned my call right away and came by to give an estimate for repairing my stove and microwave. His prices were quite reasonable and he explained how he couldn't repair the stove, but they would give me a new one to replace it, because it was under warranty. The repair was scheduled on the spot and the appliance man was well prepared. After he fixed the microwave, he checked it out and it was fine, but the stove couldn't be fixed. He was honest and trustworthy, and did a wonderful job. He didn't make any mess and got right to work getting my new stove.
