All areas were marked as low as possible, except for price which would have been reasonable, had my item actually been fixed.I took in three items (lawnmower, wheeled trimmer, and weedeater) three months ago and was told they would be ready "next week." This happened for three weeks. When I finally picked up my items, the wheeled trimmer did not work, so I brought it back. The whole thing happened again. Each time I was promised a date it would be fixed and each time I had to go in to find out it had not been touched. Not once did they call to let me know the item was not ready or would take longer than originally promised, and when I called them, there was never an answer nor a callback. After round 2 of picking up my wheeled trimmer only to discover it did not work, I took it back a third and final time. The person working there said it would take a while to get to it as they were behind because his dad had been sick. I said this was the third time I was bringing this item in and should be at the front of the line since I originally came in two months ago. The following month (today) when I went to get my trimmer, it was still not fixed. However, the dad was there and when I expressed my dissatisfaction about the quality of work and length of time they had my property, the dad yelled at me that the item had not been there that long, and then his son literally threw the trimmer toward me. At some point during my multiple visits, I had written down specifically what was not working since the dad was never there when I went in to check on the progress, and he said, "You never told me what was wrong." I said I had written it down since he was never there to speak to directly. The dad said, "Don't say another word and get off my property." I replied, "I will say another word to everyone I meet that they should not come here." And again he told me to leave and said, "Go ahead, boy, I been in business longer than you been alive!"It is amazing to me that anyone this hostile and unprofessional could still be in business. After checking on it every couple of weeks, I eventually wrote down what was wrong. When I picked it up a third and final time, after three months, it was because I was tired of waiting. It still doesn't work.
