Fantastic! Very punctual and professional crew. Everything was cleaned up and carted away. I have use this company before and will again. We are so happy with the work done.

Very well. No cost for 1 hour evaluation. Provided recommendations for specific trees to keep on property for increased property value, along with recommendations for trimming trees later to accommodate planned roof line.

I followed a tree pruner to point out branches that required removal to open the canopy for each tree to increase better air circulation improving the overall health of our trees.

The initial visit was clear and precise.  The work was completed on schedule.  The crew were very polite and listened to my questions and desires for the tree.  I am extremely pleased as the crew's ability to get the job done so well with the owner not present.  Will be recommending to my friends and will use again when needed.

They showed up with 4 pieces of heavy equipment: two that put a worker 60' in the air in order to trim trees. One piece of equipment picked up the treelibs and the fourth piece of equipment was at he huge dumpster, there were about 6 men working at all times. My trees had not had this kind of work performed on them in 15 years. They took all the trees off my roof and back to the trunk of the trees. They also sculpted the trees so they look good. They were there from 7:45 am until about 2 pm. The huge dumpster was filled twice. It was cool to see these professionals work. I definitely recommend them. They are not cheap AND they are worth it.

We first tried getting in touch with Kriewaldt via submitting a request through their website's contact form, but never received a response.  Then, we called on Mon 1/20 to set up an appointment, and were told that they would come out on Fri 1/24 at 4pm.  We were home and they never showed.  Called at 5pm Friday to see if they were still coming out or had gotten lost, but could only reach the voicemail.  After two unsuccessful attempts to request service and being stood up, we will look elsewhere.

Fantastic !!!!! Michael Kriewaldt came out and we discussed options for the two dying pine trees. I decided to remove them and replace with a crepe myrtle. His crew came out, quickly took down the trees. ground out the stumps and planted the new tree. They put up a cage for protection from the deer. They removed all trash and did a great clean up. All for $300. Next spring I will contact him again for any tree service Highly recommend

Kriewaldt performed at or beyond my expectations! The workers arrived early with the necessary equipment & tools to do the work and completed the job in less than six hours. I was impressed with their attention to good safety practices...wore hard hats, safety harnesses, etc. They cleaned up the yard thoroughly...exceeding my expectations.

They are over the board in rendering service to us. They did a good job.

We decided to finally replace our old previously flooded out fence.  In our backyard, we had this large willow tree that the trunk was opening up and the tree was now leaning towards our neighbors house.  We decided to have it removed prior to the new fence installed.  Called Kreiwaldt to come out and give us a free quote.
      We had previously used them after the flood of 2002 on the Guadalupe River for debris removal in our driveway.  Our house with the debris was pictured on the front page of the San Antonio Express News that week.  We had mounds of large trees without any branches that had washed down.  We tried to removed it with a tractor for two days.  They came in and cleared it all within hours.  They had the right equipment for the job.  Which is why I called them for service again.

Mr. Kreiwaldt, his team and a herd of trucks showed up on time to do the job.  They had to detach  some of the fence out of their way to remove the tree parts out of the yard.  When they were done, they attached fence back together so my dogs could not get out.  The team slowly cut down the large willow tree, and they were very careful not to let any damage occur to my neighbors house, or my boathouse.  They even ground down the stump.  Next to the large willow tree was a small 6 foot pecan tree that had started growing.  I asked if they could try and save it.  They did save it.  They also found baby raccoons in the tree and moved them to safety.

We are pleased with the quality of work and how quickly it was organized and performed.

He is extremely competitive on price. They guys came out and worked really fast. They also cleaned up really well and the whole yard was covered because of the size of the tree they were taking out. I have used them for more than 20 years.

This company showed up on time, did the job even sooner than they said they would, had the men climbing up in tall trees that were very hard to get to. The cedar elms they pruned and shaped look wonderful. I've used this company in the past and have always been more than satisfied. This time was no exception.

I am pleased with Kriewaldt. My tree looks very well taking care of. I could not ask for nicer people to do this job. They were very respectful to me. The only thing I really have a problem with is the pricing. They are the most expensive place in the world! I could not believe it when they come out to give my estimate. It almost threw me off my seat! After talking with friends and neighbors, I come to find out that all tree places charge that much. Several people had told me that they were the best around.

Kriewaldt always does a good job with my trees. They always look really nice. The pricing is quite difficult, very expensive. They do come out and give you an estimate before they charge you a price. Being that they do such good work, I do not mind paying such a high price. I will continue to use them for a while, as long as I can afford the services.
