Gold Star Exterminators

There were other insects that were exterminated in the process, but the focus was the ants. We tried to rid our house of them ourselves, but it was not working, they were driving us nuts. After only one trip by Gold Star they were gone for good. The technician was very pleasant and likable, as well as being on time for the appointment. It was a very thorough application, taking about an hour and a half. If the ants come back we will not hesitate to call Gold Star again.

Gold Star has only come about four times. That is all it took to get rid of the roaches. They are now completely gone and I have Gold Star to thank for that. I am very pleased with the service. The roaches are not guaranteed to stay away but they are guaranteed to be limited. I have not seen any since the last time they were here which was about five months ago. If I do see any, I am under a warranty and will call Gold Star to come and take care of it right away.

I am satisfied. Whenever I need them to come, they are always on call. They are very professional. They use good quality spray. They must because I rarely have to call them. There is never a scent left behind or anything. I cannot remember the price because I do not use them often. I have not used them in about 6 months. I know a lot of people in the neighborhood use them. Therefore, they must be reasonably priced.

The exterminator was understanding of our concerns, probably because he has been stung as well. He sprayed not only on the outside but plugged the holes where he believed the wasps were getting in. He must have believed correctly, because we have not seen a single wasp since Gold Star left. He was polite, and finished the job in sixty minutes.
