Home Inspection service provide by former Air Force Staff Sergeant. It is a Sole Proprietor business with just the owner as an employee. I accept cash, check and credit cards(with a small convenience fee)

I offer full real estate home inspections. Also offer pool and spa inspections, septic inspections, and private water well inspections that includes a tested water sample. Also offer maintenance inspections that should be done every 3-5 years and warranty inspections done on houses less than a year old before the builders warranty expires.
