I called 3 times between Jan 27 and Feb 4. They kept telling me they would send the first availible plumber out. Today is Feb 13 no one ever showed up.

Bobby Culpepper and both of his crews are awesome.   They do good work at a good price.  My only complaint is that it is sometimes difficult to pin down an appointment to have them come out and start the job.   However, once they are on-site the crews work hard and are great to deal with.   Good guys and no trust issues at all, I've left them alone in my house without a second thought.  I will absolutely contact Culpepper plumbing for all future plumbing issues.

Called and they came out within an hour. Fixed problem by installing check valve and it went fine.

I showed Joe and Jordan where NBU said the water line was leaking. They said this has been a problem sine NBU installed new meters. Joe and Jordan began working promptly and worked for about two hours. Due to an unexpected splitter breaking, they had to repair an additional part of the line. Joe explained and showed the problem to me. I will use Culpeppers again for my plumbing needs.

They worked quickly and took care of the problem. This is not the first time I have called Culpepper and they have always been outstanding.

They were on time and they went out of their way to help in an emergency.  They were awesome.  When we had an emergency, they made sure somebody got there.  It was five O’clock and one of their guys did it on their way home.  They were really good.

From estimate to completion everyone was as professional as possible.  Four guys working from 8am - 6pm completed the job in one day.  The clean-up was a bit lax but the plumbing was spot on.  Without question I will use this company for all future plumbing issues.  They are local, the price is right and the quality is high.

Overall the entire process was completed in a timely manner (just like they said). The work was done extremely well and I would definitely recommend them and will use them again if the need arises. The workers were well manner and did there work in a very professional way. Mr Culpepper even stopped by to check on their progress. He was very polite and really professional and said if we had a problem to contact him immediately.  Culpepper Plumbing Service is definitely atop notch plumbing service. AAA+

It went great - they came out a couple hours after calling in the problem and fixed immediately.

The first two people that came out, one acted as a supervisor and another one actually did the work.  They did a good and clean job; but it was a plumbing job, and they forget to clean the water back on to my dishwasher.  I called the company and they gave me to the owner of the company who spoke to me.  He sent his son and the supervisor back out to correct the situation.  They were very polite, and they were very prompt; but I felt the person who did the supervising should have done a better job.  It was not the company itself; it was the person doing the supervising.  He didn't even get down and looked at anything.  I think if a person is a supervisor, he needs to do his duties and watch the work while it is being done.  I was very pleased with the owner of the company and the person who took the call.

The plumber was able to clear whatever was clogging the pipe and he was very friendly and helpful.

Called Thursday, they were out here on Friday. Returned all my requests for additional information.  Very punctual and courteous.

They are very patient.  We called them and they came out that same morning.  They followed up with a phone call to make sure everything was okay. We have used them several times, especially when we remodeled.  The staff is always polite and helpful.  They are very responsive.

We had a reoccuring order after an independent plumber had installed a hotwater heater. the Culpepper Service man instantly discovered a cap was incorrectly removed from the plumbing drainage. He replaced the cap and solved that problem within 40 minutes of arrival. He left saying someone would return early in the morning to complete the masterbath. The next morning we phoned Culpepper  Plumbing to check when we should expect the plumber, Mr Culpepper returned our call immediately apologizing for mixed messages. He  had a service man at our home within a couple of hours to complete installation of the finishing plumbing pieces in our recently remodeled bathroom. We are pleased with the service, the personal attention from Mr. Culpepper and the finished product. Many contractors are hesitant to take on a botch job, but Culpepper did not blink an eye. They just went to work to correct the problem and explain how and what was done. We highly recommend Culpepper Plumbing and will definitely use them again. The work was done professionally as usual. I have never had a call back for insufficent work. I have used Culpepper's for years, actually since they opened. In fact, I would not use another comapny in our area, because I'm so pleased with their service. They have been rated the best in our area more than once by our local newspaper's survey.

They did a good job. They were as prompt as they could be. They were professional and cleaned up after themselves. They did not ask me for anything because they had all they needed. When you call them, they have a really nice person to talk to. The sink kept leaking a little big, and I called them to come out. They came out the next day and fixed it. The leak was still there. I called again and the owner himself came out and finally fixed it for me. They make sure the customers are satisfied and do not give them the runaround.

Culpepper Plumbing seems really nice but they don't seem to know how to fix the leak beneath my sink. They have been out twice already and have been unable to fix the problem.

Called Culpepper Plumbing to repair toilet and install new bathtub fixtures. Bobby Culpepper came out at the arranged time. Works quickly and efficiently. We have used him when we need a plumber and he always solves the problem. He is very knowledgeable so I know the job will be performed right the first time.
