This was my first time going here. They were good! I felt they were honest too.

Check engine light indicated faulty catalytic converter (passenger side).  I had just replaced the driver side converter a month before at another repair facility in San Antonio. Be advised. Infiniti FX35s have two catalytic converters.  Bummer!  They replace the converter.  They performed a complete analysis and determined left side engine mount was loose and needed to be replaced. I decided to replace all 4 tire pressure sensors as they tend to go out at 8-10 years.  Might as well get them all done at the same time. That was my call, not theirs. Be advised, they are not cheap at $120 a piece, plus labor ($120).  I figured pay 'em now or pay 'em later.  I checked the price on line at their price was fair. When I got home, I noticed the tire pressure system was not registering anything on the car's display, so I called them and spoke with the manger about it and he said bring it back in as soon as possible and they would find out what the problem was.  Probably just a computer programming glitch.  I said how about "right now," and I will wait while you check it out.  They said OK.  I took it in and they got right on it even though they were busy with most all their bays full. After a couple of hours they had the programming fixed and I was on my way home.  They couldn't have been more accommodating and responsive.  Now here's the kicker and why i will go back to these guys in the future.  A few days later, I got a call from the owner who said he was just checking up to make sure everything was OK with the car and the repair work they did.  Amazing!  I've never had a small repair facility follow up to make sure I was satisfied.  The Infiniti dealership always did, but this was a first.  Very professional.  One more thing.  These folks are not inexpensive, but they are fair.  It probably would have cost the same or more if I took the car to the dealership. But!  And here's the big deal.  They are very professional, trustworthy and efficient.  They are close to my home and can probably do anything the dealer can do.  My F-150 truck is 18 years old, but in good shape.  However it needs some work on the brakes and some transmission service.  Christian Bros. will get the job.  These guys are good.  You get what you pay for. They are fair and they are professional.  Highly recommended.

I spent about $20. It was very good. I did the research and they came up. The people I interacted with were very good.

We are full-time RVers, which means we travel a LOT and rely on our one and only vehicle for our lifestyle. When we need service on our Dodge Ram 2500 4x4, we need it done right. Choosing Christian Brothers over the local shops and Dodge dealer was the smartest thing we did during our month-long stay in New Braunfels.
Although there was an issue with the work not being done correctly the first time, the shop manager and mechanics were back on it the same day, worked after hours and profusely apologized. They made things right without us having to make a fuss.
These guys can do the same exact work that a Dodge dealer will do, only they do it better without reaming you with over-inflated prices. They treat you like you have a brain and are incredibly efficient. We won't go anywhere else next time we're in the Hill Country.

Great service. Expensive but reliable.

The people there are very friendly and helpful. They will give you a ride, if you need a ride or if you need to leave your car there. They always go above and beyond. The technician came out and looked at a couple of things I wanted them to look at after they had fixed my car. They take walk ins and I have scheduled.

They are very courteous. They seemed very straightforward. They did not try to sell me anything. They are easy to work with.
