Lalo and his team did better than I expected and as an engineer, I had high expectations. CertaPro was very flexible with paint selection and working with me. As always happens, there were missed spots, but Lalo came by to fine tune those spots and make the job right. I'd recommend to others and I'd use them again.

Excellent and professional service. They did a very nice job on interior and exterior. Finished earlier than projected, on time for all services from initial quote to daily work. Not the cheapest quote, but I'm very happy with finished product I would highly recommend them.

Missed several spots and old paint is bleeding thru in the bathroom. Paint must have been cheap it smelled bad enough to give me a headache .

"We apologize, but after reviewing our records, we cannot find a Home Advisor customer in New Braunfels that we have recently painted the interior bathroom. Please note, you do have a 2-yr warranty and any issues can be reported to the office at 210-490-0460. Additionally, all interiors are painted with Sherwin Williams ProMar 200 Zero VOC. That said, thank you for your feedback."

One of the painters returned yesterday and placed the new weatherstripping on our front door. The needed to take the old one off and he stated he would put the new one on after I purchase it. The job was done very professionally.

Initial project to last 2 days ended up to be 7 days . Original Sub- contract painters were not motivated to their work. Required a new crew to come in and correct their mistakes and complete the job
