Horrible. Four trips and 3 over nights ( we live in our RV and had to stay in a hotel overtime we arrived there and discovered they were unprepared for the work) later only one item was repaired on our list of about 10. We were told repeatedly all the diagnostics were complete and parts in stock to do the repairs. Main repair: Rear Air conditioning, stove top, door awnings, inverter box. They denied there was a problem with the Air Conditioning which is still faulty, they replaced the thermostadt which was unnecessary, they did replace the stove top which took 3 months, they claimed the awning was repaired and still doesn't work, passenger step cover still doesn't open and they found nothing wrong with it. Many other items that repairs were not done and they claimed they were. They kept no parts and had no way to prove to our RV protection plan inspector that they did any of the work they were charging hourly fees for (because they didn't do any of the repairs.) They billed us with $2000.00 worth of labor costs for repairs they could not prove they did. After 4 attempts to contact and resolve these issues with management a final very heated meeting resulted in us paying our $200 deductible for the least necessary item, the stove burner. They attempted to hold our keys and refuse to release our RV until we paid them the $2000 for repairs and diagnostics they NEVER performed until we threatened to get the authorities involved for their scam attempted extortion operation. They then reluctantly handed over the keys and agreed to accept the $200 dollars. Every other Fellow RV traveller we conversed with about Camping World expressed the same awful stories and experiences. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. They also hit our RV with another RV while in their care. Scam artists.
Description of Work: Appointment was made 1 month in advance for diagnostics and repairs and agreement to accept RV Care protection plan

Parts were to have been ordered several months ago. No communication from them. Called for a status, they would not return calls. Finally appealed to the CEO. Indicated he would look right into it. A week later, still nothing. Sent CEO another email. Replied that he wanted to discuss the situation with me but needed a phone number and would only speak with me if I could be civil. All of my correspondence was civil albeit sometimes a bit sarcastic. Replied with my phone number, he never called. Location general manager did contact me and arranged an appointment to complete the repairs. His communication with me was great! Got my motorhome back early, problem is I got it home and found that the sofa that was worked on was not properly secured to the motorhome's floor. Had to take it back in (35 miles one way @ 7 mpg) and they finally got it fixed. This is one of only many nightmares I have experienced with Camping World and their service department. Manufacturer provided the name of another authorized dealer I will be using in the future.
Description of Work: Warranty work on my motorhome pending for several months.
