It took two emails to convey the work we wanted because the nice people saw "gable vent" and passed.  When we explained "siding, flashing, wijndow" we had Scott S. out for a look at a time that fit my schedule.  He inspected the area and provided us with a written quote on the spot (Schulte has done enough work that they have captured their bidding metrics into a nice paper worksheet).  We upgraded the repair by requesting HardiPlank vs Cedar and having both sides done.  in our case the size of the boards would never exactly match because Cedar is a different size now than in the late 1960's. Scott was clear about what to expect.  The Change Order was handled via email.

Clemente and his helper appeared on time to execute the repair, when they ran into problems they apologized, ran back to the shop (30 mi away) and came back armed for bear (extra equipment and materials).  They were very approachable with questions, stacked wood that I could re-use for patching in the future, and cleaned up to the expected standard (which is to say we ALWAYS find some nails, wood chips, etc after a job but that's the standard).

We had the house painted 2 days later and the painters had no issues.  Two days after that we tested and no leaks were found. A week later we had 2 days of rain - nice and dry.

Scott sent us a few emails touching base during this time to ensure the work was done correctly and to our satisfaction.  Another call confirmed it was ok to bill and when we indicated we verbally approved a change order to add some house wrap to the side with the rotted wood - they said "shop supplies - no charge".  Granted it wasn't much but it was the attitude that thrilled us.

We had previously used Schulte for a 1/2 roof replacement and they made good on a few hiccups along the way with a smile.

Service went excellent and if anything happens to the roof within a certain period of time they will repair the damage at no additional charge.  They cleaned up very well when they were done with the work and completed the job in one day.  I was pleased with their work.

They did a really great job but you really had to push on them to get them to come out and show up on time. The craftsmanship was great. Basically, I guess our job was too small for them so they put us on the back burner. We shopped around and they were just the same as everybody else.

The crew worked quickly and professionally and cleaned up each evening.

They were on time and didn't waste any time on my roof. They were fast, friendly, and very professional. They had the old roof off and the new roof on in one day. They cleaned up their mess and made sure there were no nails around my yard and walkway. I would definitely recommend Schulte roofing to anyone that needs a new roof or needs an old roof replaced. Great job and reasonably priced.

The experience was not good. We had them come out to make an addition into our barn.They came out different times, the first one was the salesman who came out on a very nice, fancy truck and he conducted himself very professional. He said he would have to get out because of what we wanted, he needed to get the person who would be doing the work to look at this. We already have metal barn for our horses but we wanted to expand on it and he needed to get his helper out or his foreman to come out and look at it. Several days later the foreman came who was a Hispanic gentleman and he looked at the barn and made notes but I never heard another word. He never got back to us saying, "Well, we looked at this, and this, and what we care to do." When somebody's come out two times, you really don't want to call him back, you wanted to see where this is going to go because that's going to tell me how or what kind of work they are going to do. We did have the work done by someone else who turned out to be absolutely fantastic but Schulte Roofing, they clearly have layers of management there which my husband and I thought that they are going to be very expensive because they have too many people who don't do nothing. Their management is strong but they never bothered to get back to us. It's not that I would held anything against them if they called and said they are probably not going to be competitive in giving a bet but I wouldn't hold that against them. They never called back. We were waiting and waiting for about three weeks, they are totally unprofessional. They were punctual when they said they were going to come.

I needed one company to replace the roof and repair our leaking dormers. Other roofing companies did not want to touch the dormers. Schulte was willing to do it all and guarantee the work.  They subcontracted out the dormers to a reputable company and managed the work.
Aaron, our Schulte rep, was very professional.  He worked with our insurance company on replacing the roof.  He was prompt, courteous and kept me informed.  He was on the job site at least once a day, if not more, checking in and handling any issues that came up (minor gutter repair).
The dormers took a couple of weeks because of the extent of the damage and weather.  The roof took 2 days to complete.  They did a good job protecting the yard and bushes, cleaning up after themselves, and leaving the job site the way they found it.
I definitely recommend Schulte and Aaron.

The job went perfect.  Their crew showed up on time.  They were extremely professional.  They did a great job.  They cleaned up the site after they were done.  THE ROOF LOOKS GREAT!!!  They called after the job was completed to make sure we were satisfied and that everything went well.  They are the only contractor that I have had during this construction project to call to make sure we were happy with their work. I will highly recommend this company!!

Mark was scheduled to make the roof repair on Wednesday, Oct 2, 2013.  However, it was raining this day but we had to make contact with Mark to confirm if he was going to make the repair or reschedule.  The only way to contact Mark is by text since his phone is not set up to recieve vocie mails.
We made a second appointment for Friday, Oct 4, 2013 and Mark showed up but did not have a drill to make the repair.  My wife had made arragnemetns to miss work for this repair.  It's hard to believe that a contractor would show up to make a repair without the required tools.
I would not recommend Schulte roofing, nor will they get my business.

Great, just as quoted!  Will definitely use again when we re-roof some rental property.

Recently purchased a home with a few defencies noted on the roof. Schulte Roofing came out to give us an estimate then followed up with the repair. The roof repair tech was very good; showed up on time, was thorough, and cleaned up. Spent the time necessary to fix the items needing repaired. Even addressed items not on initial report.

We sustained heavy hail damage to our roof.  The entire roof had to be changed.  We had 2 roofers give us estimates and decided to go with Schulte Roofers.  Everything was done as per estimate.  We had to call them back for a problem due to the new roof and they immediately came out and took care of it.

Schulte Roofing was wonderful to work with.  They did a thorough job of walking us through our options and answering our questions.  The crews for both the siding and the roof showed up when they said they were going to; they worked h****** the job; and they cleaned everything up before they left. 
They provided outstanding customer service when we had two small problems.  The first was that our very old glass skylight cracked while work was being done on that section of the roof.  The crew foreman noticed the problem immediately, notified us, and removed the cracked pane before it could shatter.  They replaced it with a new skylight at no charge.  The second problem was a leak (around an oddly-shaped protrusion on our roof that was waiting for a custom-made piece to fitover it). We emailed them on a Sunday night when we noticed the leak, and they came out Monday morning to diagnose and fix the problem. 
They were also willing to work with us on a payment plan that fit our needs.  And their warranty is fantastic.
We couldn't be happier with Schulte Roofing!  They'll be our first choice in the future if we need siding replaced or any other home improvements that they handle.
