Anderson had previously serviced the same unit, replacing the capacitator and recharging the freon. After this work, the unit still lost freon charge within a few weeks. Anderson completely refunded my previous service charge from the price of the new unit. I opted for a much larger unit in an effort to increase the efficiency of my overall electricity usage. They showed up within the time window given, although they did call me a day in advance to ask to move the service call to one day later because one of their service professionals' wife was having a baby. (I was only too happy to comply!)

I thought they were good. They came when they were supposed to come and they seemed fair in their price. It also seemed like they knew what they were doing. All in all we were impressed.

After having been given the run-around by my now ex-homeowners warranty company, I called Anderson in the morning and was able to have a technician come out that afternoon. I had an ailing condenser and coil, but not on the same unit. They helped me figure out what to do with one unit that had a newer condenser but an old coil and one with a newer coil but an old condenser. They moved the newer condenser to match the newer coil and installed a brand new condenser and coil. All done while I was at work. 100% satisfied.

Service professional changed two capacitors and had my house cooling again quickly. He gave me advice on my options to upgrade my units and how to maintain them in the interim, all very professional with no pressure.

I called them six days in advance to arrange for the first appointment in the morning. I live alone and it's very difficult for me to arrange to miss work. I called again on the four days prior to confirm my appointment. On the day of the appointment I waited patiently during the window that they promised to show up at my residence...and they didn't show. When I called to ask them about what happened, they told me that they were held up at another call and they would still be over an hour before they could make it to my appointment. It seems as though they fail to respect other people's time is valuable to them. If they were running late and knew that they weren't going to be able to keep their scheduled appointment, they should have informed me before hand so that I could have made alternate arrangements. Instead they made me miss work for no reason, even though I made a good effort to make sure that they would show up as scheduled. I wouldn't recommend using this company.

They were very responsive, wanting to come out even before I was ready. I asked for about 45 minutes advance notice, which I received. They showed up right on time, went right to work fixing the immediate problem first, then getting down the the service items. There was no heavy handed sales tactics to get me to consider up grades or unnecessary add-ons. The repair person was clean, professional, and didn't leave the place in worse shape then when he got there. He made recommendations as to temp settings and other energy saving suggestion. We wrapped up our business, and they were on their way.

I made the request for an appointment online. They responded with a phone call the same day to confirm date and time. Matthew was very pleasant, punctual, professional, and efficient. He explained what he was checking and made recommendations for future consideration. He did not try to upsell.

It went really well. They told us what time they would be here and they were here right when they said they would be. They were very polite. They explained the new unit to us.

Great. Bid was prompt and fairly priced.

I set up an appointment for Saturday morning. I called the office 30 minutes after the agreed appointment time to see if the technician was going to show up or not. The technician on call had not been advised of the appointment. Having already wasted the morning waiting, I was not going to waste the afternoon on a reschedule so I canceled the service call.

I called on 3/17/08 because my A/C was not working. Anderson sent Charlie out to take a look that same afternoon. He gave me an estimate of approximately $425 to fix the unit. Since this was the 2nd major repair on an 18 yr old unit, we decided to replace it. We were given estimates for 3 different units and chose Anderson's recommended unit, an American Standard 14 seer 5 ton condenser. Charlie was able to install it the next day, but we opted for 2 days later. On 3/19/08 Charlie installed a new slab and the new A/C unit in about 2 hours. He tested it and made sure all was working before he left.

It went very well. I was able to use the receipt to file a damage report with Comcast because it was the cable technicians who inadvertently switched off my heating system. Comcast indicated they would reimburse me for the Anderson service car.

Overall, I think they are a good company, but I would like to evaluate other companies before making that decision.

Anderson did a great job and at a reasonable cost. Their estimate was $500.00 less than the estimate from Bellaire and in line with the estimate we received from another contractor. The work was done timely and professionally.

They contacted me this morning and informed me that they wouldn't be able to come out to do the work today since they don't have a back up person and they are all booked up. They don't even have time to come out tomorrow either because they are all booked up as well. This is very frustrating and expensive to me, since I had to take off work. I even made this appointment in advance.

Fine. As expected without any complaints.

They worked very hard with me to make sure I was getting exactly the unit I wanted (I wanted a high SEER unit). But, they also advised me that getting the very highest SEER unit would cost me much more, because some of my internal plumbing would have to be replaced, due to the change in refrigerant. So, they steered me toward a pretty high SEER, but a lower installation price. Good call!

The service man arrived as scheduled which was great. He changed the capacitor on the motor. He said the unit had been running but not blowing any air. He checked the Freon & said we did not need any. We also asked for prices on a new unit because we would like to see improvements on the monthly bills. We were very pleased with his work and feel good about using them for future projects - hopefully, a new air and heat unit for our older house.

Anderson came out on 8/22 to perform requested service. Said to wait 2-3 days for drain to clear up. After he left, compressor stopped running. Called back, Arturo came back that night and fixed the compressor problem. After 5 days, secondary drain still running on patio. Called again. Anderson came back and finally fixed the drain problem. Although not additional charge, I don't believe it should take two recalls to fix the problem. While Anderson was fairly prompt and reasonable, I will not call them again.

The project went very well. Mike was great to work with and the professionals that came out to do the work were considerate and worked hard. They requested a vacuum cleaner at the conclusion of the job so that they could leave things clean. There were two follow up issues and they returned after hours for both events and fixed the issue at no cost. We believe the issues were related to installation and they were very willing to do what was necessary to take care of the job.

From the first phone call to the 24 hour number to the completion of the job, the employees and owner Michael Anderson were courteous, friendly, professional and exceptionally efficient. They were very careful with the house and it's contents as they worked. They put drop cloths down to cover any interior flooring they came in contact with. The AC is working like new. t's much quieter, than it was before they worked on it. This is the best service company of any category, that I have ever dealt with. By the end of the job, I felt like I had a friend in the Heating and AC business! Thanks to everyone at Anderson Air.

Everything went very well. The repairman showed up on time, gave an estimate that was in detail. Repairman came back to fix the A/C on time and work was done in a very timely manner.

With a 4 week old baby at home and no cool air I needed help fast! When I called Anderson around 11:00 am they explained that they could be at my home in the afternoon hours. When I explained that I needed help immediately with a newborn in the house, they said they would try to rearrange schedules to accommodate me. But in the meantime they talked me through some steps that solved the problem for me! I was very grateful that Anderson was so professional and caring.

I loved them and I am going to purchase a new unit from them soon. I called around and everyone else said buy a new unit and Anderson gave me more options. He got it where it will cool the house now until I buy one. I have had a bad experience with other people and they were more expensive. Anderson was very honest, helpful and did not try to rip me off.
