Description of Work: This is a follow-up report to the one I submitted May 16, 2007. Today, the final city inspector came by and "green tagged" the installation. Through this two-month wait -- and the quirks of the City of Bellaire, TX -- the Anderson folks have been quick to answer my phone calls and to follow up with the city until the last item on the list could be checked "Done". While I admit that I kept this on my tickler list and called Mike regularly, he and Bill were already dogging the lingering details that were actually beyond their control.

I RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE I HEAR TALKING ABOUT A/C OR HEATING PROBLEM. THEY HAVE ALSO INSTALLED A NEW A/C UNIT FOR A FRIEND OF MINE.
Description of Work: OUTDOOR A/C UNIT WAS MAKING A FUNNY NOISE. CAME OUT THE SAME DAY AND THEY CLEANED THE UNIT.
