Mr. Handyman excels at customer service. They were able to schedule my job within hours of my call. The technician arrived on time and efficiently completed the work. He was very courteous; explained the work to be performed and estimated costs up front. If a need arises, I'll certainly call Mr. Handyman again.

Unlike the two other services recommended by Home Advisor for the job of reattaching three gutter downspouts to my house, Mr. Handyman did not demand a high minimum to come out and do the work. They did quote trip charge and an hourly rate, but after all was said and done, their charge was far more reasonable than the other two services recommended by Home Advisor. In fact, the total charge was less than half than one of the provider's minimum. Plus, the Mr. Handyman technician performed the job very quickly and fully competently. I plan to call on Mr. Handyman for other, future household repair needs.

Last minute hire to install blinds. It took him 3 hours to install 6 blinds. It took him forever. Service charge is by hour so it was expensive. We would have been better off installing then ourselves. He also did not ask how we would like the blinds installed, so the top part of the blind is not flush with the window, it is sticking out. Not our preference.

Mark did an excellent job. I would not hesitate in using him for other projects.

Everyone was real nice and the project was completed promptly. The cost was higher than expected for the amount of work required. I also would prefer free estimates.

Bruce, the person who helped me, was VERY conscientious. He took his shoes off every time he came in the house. He made sure to spread plastic sheeting over everything that could possibly get dirt or water on it. I had a leak in my ceiling. He only cut the hole as big as he had to and did it in increments until he discovered the source of the leak -- the toilet. He managed to pull the toilet with water still in the bowl and didn't hardly spill a drop. Before he ever pulled it he made sure he had plenty of towels first. He changed out the wax seal and re-caulked around the toilet. He also sprayed bleach and then some stuff to really kill any kind of mold that may have formed. He would have drywalled and painted the hole in the ceiling but I told him I and a friend could do it (to save the money). So, he proceeded to give me suggestions on how to do it. I would have rated them a 5.0 for the value, but I'm not used to using a handyman and I thought it was a little pricey (about $270 for 2.5 hours including purchase of wax ring). If this is a reasonable price correct me and I give them a 5.00 all the way around! Thanks, Bruce.

Mr Handyman's representative, Julian, investigated our problem and located the cause of water leak that was damaging our drywall. He explained the repair options, including what we could do ourselves and what he could do for us. Julian was very professional and easy to understand and deal with.

Thanks to local experience & expertise of Operations Manager Julian M., was able to identify the maker of our custom made french doors and order the replacement needed. no other contractor was able to do that! thank you Mr. Handyman of Alvin. Due to circumstance and timing I was referred to another contractor for the drywall repair due be completed soon. I would call on Mr. Handyman again.
