The service was very good. I liked their selection of carpet. I went to them and they promised the carpet in a week and a half which was really good compared to another company I tried to order from. The price was reasonable. They were on time and completed the work in a day. They moved all the furniture but my bedroom set. It was not a lot, but they made sure to put back the furniture once the work was completed.

One thing that would have made the job and getting our complaints resolved sooner is if the phone numbers of their main office and or the phone number for the operations section was included on the invoice., that way if the store personnel were not as helpful there would be another options to use.

Their service was good.  They were quick and efficient. They were in and out in less than a day and did beautiful work.  They were top of the line. I would go back to them. I felt their price was modest compared to others.  I really like that they were honest and straight forward.   I got exactly what I wanted. They also moved the furniture and put it back. They did not have to do that.

The video on their website about laminate selection and small grout lines for tile was the initial reason for picking this company. I stayed with them for second tile job. because small grout lines are truly great.

The service was great. They did a very good job with the installation. They were clean and did everything promptly. We had no problems at all. The price was competitive.

The work they did was fantastic! They were very prompt. When I had an issue with the granite, they took care of it. It was a good service and I was pleased. The price was high but worth it for the quality of work. They carpet layers where very slow completing the work but they also did a good.

I get a lot of compliments on my floors and people think the laminate is real wood. They installed the flooring on a concrete slab. They had to level it several times. I even had problems with the home being level in 1978 when it was first built.  You can tell the floors are not level especially when you put a book case on the wall.They did a good job. Everything turned out fine and I was pleased with the results. The were always on time and here when they said. The work was done without any problems.  I was happy with service!  They were not the cheapest but no the most expensive. I thought the price was reasonable.

Once the work started, it was fine but there were scheduling hiccups. They did a great job. The did good work with the floors and we were pleased with how everything turned out.

They did a great job! Each group of guys were friendly and worked efficiently. The tile guys completed the work a day early.  The manager even came to look at the work and to ensure we were satisfied.  We will certainty use their services again. The price was also reasonable.

We have floating floors. They really listed to what we liked in terms of how the floor feels. The service was exceptionally good. We had just moved and we were expecting a furniture delivery. They actually had a crew that could come out the next day. They stayed the entire day to do the complete the work so the following day the new furniture could be moved in.  They explained all of  our options and explained the different types of wood.  The wood I wanted was not available right away. They gave me a second choice which I really like. They were very patient and did not rush us. They were able to accommodate our time constraint. The service was outstanding! I love the way the floors look.  It is perfect! If I could offered to do the entire house, I would. The quality of the wood is great. I was very pleased. They were very meticulous in the work they did. Their customer service was also very good. I was very pleased with the guys who did the work and the salesman.

The service was excellent. They had  very good follow up.  Everything I pointed out that I was not satisfied with, they corrected. They completed the work in three days.

The contractors came and completed the work quickly. They cleaned up well and the service was good. I would definitely recommend their service. The owner, Kurt, gave me really helpful suggestions. He was very knowledgeable about carpet, tile and hardwood flooring. He is really motivated to get business so the price was competitive. Kurt was very down to earth and personable. The experience was great!

I enjoyed the experience. I went to the store and explained  what I wanted. They gave me the bid and started the work. They responded quickly. The service was good.  They cleaned up well and completed the job on time. Overall, the cost was lower compared to other companies.  They are not the cheapest but hey are not the most expensive. However, the carpet was inexpensive and I thought that price was good.

Jared, the sales person who assisted me with this, was very personable and helpful, particularly in meeting and beating prices I was quoted from competitors for the same product.  Unlike some other dealers, their price included floor leveling, which can end up being quite an additional cost if not included and priced separately.  I was told that the job would take 2-3 days, depending upon the amount of leveling that was necessary for the carpeted areas.  The new laminate replaced carpeting, tile and old laminate in our living/dining room, kitchen and breakfast nook, hallway and master bedroom.  Wesley, the team leader for the installation crew, was very personable also, but not punctual.  Of the 3 days they were here, he was late every day, anywhere from 15 minutes to 2 hours.  His crew was apparently overbooked with jobs, so he only had a partial crew until the last day, which meant they would work until 8:00 pm each night.  While I appreciate their dedication to getting the job finished in the 3 day period, I would have appreciated a full crew every day so the job could be done efficiently.  I purposely scheduled this 2 weeks in advance so that these kinds of problems should have been avoided.  As it happened, my floors were all level and did not require any additional work; if it had needed leveling, there is no way they could have finished in the time allotted.  Also, I have worked with contractors before, but never had one that left things in such at mess at the end of each day.  I understand this is a construction zone while they are working, but debris and trash were left all over the floors as well as my kitchen countertops, and I managed to slip one morning on a piece of board left on the kitchen floor which was in line with the already laid flooring and was "invisible".  Additionally, they were rushed to complete the job on the last day, and when they put our bed back together, they did not do it correctly so it started to fall apart when we tried to go to bed. 
All in all, the floors look beautiful, they did a great job installing them and their price was very competitive.  I would use them again, but only if another crew leader was in charge.

The crew arrived on time, they were very professional and curtious.
The job took twelve hours, these men worked hard and were always willing to answer my questions.
At the end of the job they walked each room, hall, and steps with me making sure I was satisfied with the workmanship.
The attention to detail was obvious.
I'm very pleased with the experience!

All kinds of verbal promises made. Some kept some not. Forgot to notify us that work was being put off a week due to sched. problem. We had already prepped the area for demolition. After crew "finished" we noticed the grouting to be uneven throughout. They are dur to return this next week to address. Stains on the surface are yet to be removed. Nothing takes them off.
