I was very unhappy with how I was treated and how Britton Waterworks conducted business with me at my home. ZERO customer service. First of all they were late from the window of time they gave me and on top of that getting a quote was a hassle because I had to call into their secretary to get the quote. WHY DOESN'T THEIR SERVICE MEMBERS KNOW THEIR PRICING? So I negotiate a discount because they were late and let them begin work. While fixing a leaking pipe in my attic one of the service members with Britton Waterworks stepped on the sheet rock on my ceiling cracking it. I saw the whole thing. David, the plumber, shouts out to his co-worker to be careful and continues work. At the end of fixing the leak and dealing with payment I brought up the cracked sheet rock and asked that some money be deducted from the quote. David very arguably says that he is not a sheet rock guy and that they already gave me a discount. I informed him this did not matter as they caused damage to my home that I will now have to pay for to get fixed. He arguably and rudely explains to me that HE IS NOT A SHEET ROCK GUY... and sometimes this happens and the home owner has to deal with it. David then tries to put the cost on my home insurance saying they will be paying to fix my sheet rock from the leak anyways so they can fix it then. (I informed my home insurance of this and they were not happy). In the end I was not gonna sit here and argue with this man so I end up paying them just to get them to leave... which was also an issue because the only take payment over the phone and did not provide me with e receipt for my service then and there. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Avoid at all cost! Will be reporting this incident to BBB.

Set appropriate expectations on when they’d be able to arrive and then beat it by a couple days. Gave an accurate estimate and stood by the price.

It was great.

I was very impressed. They answered my call on a Saturday and had someone over that day to give me am estimate. I had the work done on days. Our shower was opposite cold was hot and hot was cold and he even fixed that during the work. Very professional and friendly! Don't hesitate to use them and thank you for taking such good care of us!

Wonderfully, my pipes were fixed and re-wrapped. A supervisor was sent to my home to check the work of the technician the next day. I did not need a new water heater, they told me the pilot light blew out! My kitchen faucet just needed a replacement part which they ordered for me. Everyone in this company is absolutely delightful. I was kept informed by text with arrival times, etc. and the bill is sent to you electronically. There is no doubt I would call this company again and I would definitely recommend them to everyone. Do not hesitate to call them.

Excellent. Spent extra time making things right, answered questions, and provided good advice. Excellent quality materials and craftsmanship.

Work was done in a timely manner, with no additional repairs needed. Everything they fixed was fixed and they stayed fixed. We have used their services on a number of occasions. We were well pleased and they are now our only plummer.

I was really impressed with Britton Waterworks. At every opportunity when they could have cut corners and I would never know (until at some point in the future when things fell apart) they went above and beyond to do the job right! Whenever I have a need for a plumber, Britton Waterworks is who I'll call.

Everything went great! He got to us as soon as he possibly could in every instance. One time I had to call him around the holidays and he was still very responsive. David is kind, professional, honorable and knowledgeable. You can trust him to fix the problem for a good price the first time.

The techninian arrived as scheduled. He was professional and performed the work in a timely manor. A senior technician also came to inspect the work that was done. They were very neat using shoe covers and a shop vac to clean their work area upon completion. Would definitely use Britton Water Works again for future plumbing needs.

Very well. He was very responsive and completed the job quickly and correctly. We have a lot of faith in his ability and would recommend him to any of our family or friends without reservation.

We called Britton afterscheduling an appt with another company and waiting 5 days only to have them go to another customer because I missed their call when they were on their way. I was frustrated and saw great reviews on Britton and was immediately put at ease. Zelda said they could give me an estimate on Saturday and do the repair Monday. She explained the process in perfect detail. I was very pleased with the estimate. They texted me prior to coming out and after the repair was done with no surprise changes in price. I could not have asked for a better experience and will use them for any future repairs.

David was professional, prompt, and gave us a fair price. I highly recommend him.

I called first thing Monday morning and they were out at my home within a hour. Victor was very friendly, cleared the clog quickly and was out within 30 minutes. They were reasonably priced, which I appreciate very much. I am impressed with Britton WaterWorks Plumbing and will definitely call them again for any plumbing needs in the future.

Britton came out to see the scope of the job the evening I called, worked with me on picking up the warranty replacement unit & returning the old one, and came to install within a week. The work was done very quickly and everything was cleaned up. The employees who did the install were friendly and professional. Will use Britton again and definitely recommend them.

It went really well. They were able to squeeze me into their schedule and make it to my house same day.

Britton Waterworks was quick to show up to the job; they were able to have someone come out the same day to figure out what they would need to do for the permit. They installed the water heater two days later and took the necessary time to bring everything up to code so that our family could be safe! We were able to pass our city inspection to receive our gas and our hot water (woohoo!). Additionally, they were also great about calling and texting with updates and to let me know when they were on the property since I even let them borrow my spare key so they could do work whenever I wasn't home since my schedule is really tight. They were trustworthy, professional, kind, and did an excellent job.

David did a great job clearing up all of the drain lines and also cleaned up well behind him. He was very responsive, professional, knowledgeable and reasonable. I will definitely call him again when needed. Thank you David!!!
