Brian remodeled our garage apartment (bedroom and bathroom). He visited our jobsite and quoted us quickly. Both rooms were [almost] complete gut jobs. The quality of all work, including trim, paint, electrical, and flooring .... was excellent. He was responsive to ad hoc requests. I was so pleased with the result, that I hired him (almost immediately afterwards) to paint exterior of my home and replace attic dormer vents; also did an excellent job on that project! Thanks to Brian and his team.

We hired Peak Market Homes to help with some electrical work and build/install/paint custom cabinets in our kitchen. Brian was one of the few contractors who really got us from the beginning. He didn't try to pressure or oversell us and was always forthright and candid. We wanted to do all the tear-out and sheetrock and most of the electrical ourselves to save money, and Brian worked with us where many contractors wouldn't. The different people he contracted to do the work for us (electrical, carpentry) were top-notch, and experts in their craft. We found them to be kind, clean, and professional. We'd use them individually again should need arise. As with any project, not everything was perfect (they built the wrong style doors). We'd have preferred more checpk-ins and updates as work progressed, but as soon as any problem arose, Brian ensured it was handled, fixed, and quickly. As we did much of the work ourselves, Brian ended up waiting on us from time to time, and was patient and didn't push. This was critical, and we realize not ideal for him. Still, he made everything go as smoothly as possible. We're already chatting about our next project(s) and how Peak Market Homes can be involved. You should too.

Our project started off great, but has not ended well. This was a total bathroom remodel. The plumber on our job created several major problems; the way these problems were handled by Brian is the main reason for this low review. The costs of the mistakes made by the plumber were passed on to us instead of being covered by him or Peak Mkt Homes. There are several other issues that should have been corrected, but were not. Very disappointing.

Please review the before and after pictures. The client had a specific vision that was created on a small piece of paper. The client created a stunning master bathroom. Customer Service: Peak Market Homes lives and breathes customer service. We were available for him in the early morning, afternoon and late evening hours. We received multiple amounts of texts and phone calls by the client late in the evening hours throughout the project and responded to them quickly. Emails were received and responded to them in a timely fashion. On site meetings were requested and were done rapidly. All calls were answered. All missed calls were followed up. Some calls, emails, and texts messages were received and replied to while on family vacation, on another job sites with other customers, or away from the office. Peak Market Homes was there for him from the start and to the end of the project. We rapidly addressed all warranty related items in a timely fashion. All warranty related items were paid by Peak Market Homes. Value for the Money: The client approved the scope of work and project price. The client paid in full for work performed. The client also approved all change orders (some were self-initiated by the client and some were unforeseen work that needed to be addressed to complete the project.) Brian with Peak Market Homes really transformed our living and kitchen area into a modern focal point. As you can see from the "Farmers Branch Pictures" posted on this site, the transformation is truly remarkable. With a few idea of our own, we were able to collaborate to bring our ideas to life. Brian was true to his timeline and easy to communicate with throughout the process. Whenever we hit a snag here and there Brian had great alternative solutions that helped save money without sacrificing the overall look. I will be using Peak Market Homes for future projects.

Make sure you review the work needed in advance and don't expect them to do anything else. Apparently do not like small jobs

Fast response, Immediate results. Professional Conduct. The repairs and replacement of damaged items to our house were restored and actually upgraded. The window was replaced and now we have a better look and good insulation from outdoor noise and temperature extremes. The siding was replaced. Landscape was restored. The insurance covered all our costs and was sufficient to cover costs for both materials, and man hours spent on the repairs. All in all I would recommend Peak Market Homes to my friends and neighbors. I can't believe how quiet our front bed room is now that the new window has been placed. It is almost as quiet now as a church before services. Thank you Brian for a job well done.
