Description of Work: The vendor was punctual and pleasant. They showed me pictures of extreme damage they said was my roof. They offered to repair for several thousand dollars. I asked them to send me the pictures, because I wanted to get other estimates. They did not send the pictures. I contacted and had another roofer out...they did not find damage need to make repairs. Most homeowner do not climb on the roof. At this point, I must question the honesty of the vendor and be glad that I didn't authorize repairs.

Everything went well.

Description of Work: came and did inspection that was part of purchase from Angie. Said he would send an estimate for the repair. Was very slow to do so (after I contacted him to remind him of his promise to send estimate) It seemed high so I called another BBB member with an A+ rating and he did the job for less than the C and H proposal.

Description of Work: Performed roof inspection, replaced missing corner shingles and tacked down loose flashing for no charge. Also pointed out a potential future problem with tree branches putting weight on power connect point, but did not attempt any kind of hard sell, which makes me much more likely to use them in the future.
