We had a little confusion on the date of the appointment, but it was resolved quickly and very professionally. They were actually able to come to the house earlier than originally thought. After the initial inspection, we scheduled a Saturday appointment to do the work. They were punctual and did the work in what I consider to be "record time". However, that should not be a surprise, because Rob and Tom and their crew were/are consummate professionals. Unfortunately for me, my house was constructed without proper roof ventilation, a condition which I fully plan to have them correct in the near future. And when I need a new roof on my house - for any reason -, it is C & H Roofing that I will call.214-914-1068 I am 100+% satisfied with C & H Roofing and wholeheartedly recommend them. A+++ rating, in my book.

The people were very friendly and professional. They arrived one time as scheduled and fixed the problem. They cleaned up after themselves and hauled everything away. They were fast and the work quality was very good. We had a big rain that night and there was no leak, that's what I paid for and that's what I got. I would use them again.

Roof inspection went well....professional and timely

It went very well, they were on time, polite and did exactly as they had advertised in the "special deal".

I had a slow dripping leak in my attic during one of the very heavy storms we had this year. I saw the Angie's List deal and decided it was a good idea to have the roof inspected. Two guys came, very prompt and courteous. It took a couple of hours to do the entire inspection. They did not find a source of the leak and after discussion with me about the circumstances and place of the one-time drip in the attic, told me that it was likely due to heavy winds that day during a particularly heavy storm and possibly the direction the wind was blowing and that a small amount of water had probably found an unusual path in but that he did not see any obvious loose shingles or open places either inside or out. (That's the best that I can remember the conversation.) He did find a few places that needed to be caulked and tacked down a few shingles, but there was nothing wrong with the rood overall. If I do have future problems with the roof and need any service or replacement I will use C&H Roofing.

I went great!!!!! We had used them on a special in Sept of 2014 to do a roof inspection and they found our leak and fixed it all within the special price. They did not try to sell us a new roof at the time, because it still had a year or two left.... We had hail this year and that was it for our roof.... Although we got 5 estimates, we decided to hire C&H because of their attention to all the concerns we had regarding the install and quality of work... They met with us several times during our decisionmaking process. I was worried about the redo of a flat surface area between the shingles and they paid particular attention to it explaining how they were going to cover it.... They canvassed the area afterwards for nails and debris twice....and used a magnet to find hidden nails... Rob and Tommy were great at communication. The work was done very well and it rained the day after so we know their are no leaks!!! I would give them an A+

Rob was excellent. He helped me identify problems with the roof and was extremely patient as I worked through these problems with my insurance company. When I gave Rob the "go ahead" for the job, he and his team jumped on the project very quickly and finished it very quickly. When they left, you could not tell that they had been there other than the beautiful new roof that was on the house. If you need a honest, dependable and qualified roofer, I recommend you call Rob.

Could not have been any better Would have liked to have new shingles match the old ones, but was not absolutely necessary

I purchased a deal from Angie's List for an inspection and small repairs. Rob came out and found that one of my skylights had lifted and fixed it. He also checked my roof and told me that it was in good shape which was a big relief. I took the liberty of talking to him about my upstairs bedroom and bathroom always being so hot despite having installed a new heating & air conditioning system. He did some checking and found my ridge vent was completely blocked and no heat could escape. We discussed options and he recommended removing the ridge vent and installing turbines for better attic ventilation. He was able to come out the next day and install them and was great about cleaning up before he left. It's been less than a week and I have noticed a big difference upstairs! I am so glad Rob was able to identify the problem and fix it so quickly!!

Excellent service. Informed me of possible problems in the future but said that no reroofing needed. Cleaned up leftover shingles. No hard sell. Arrived early and worked efficiently.

I had some work done recently and had to add a new exhaust pipe to the roof, my contractor suggested that I have a roofing professional out to ensure that his patch job was acceptable. I saw a deal on angies list for an inspection so I ordered it. For just an inspection, C&H was on time and very courteous and professional. They provided me feedback of my roof condition and options as well as some things they noticed that weren't quite right. They had pictures of everything they brought up as well. I have been satisfied with this purchase.

After purchasing the service, Rob came out to take a look at our roof. He informed us that there were several damaged areas on our roof and he gave us options: 1. Replace our roof - 2. or he could patch up the damaged spots which would last us for the next couple of years. at this time we decided to have him patch the damaged spots. Rob is very thorough and professional, and we will not hesitate to use him in the future when we are able afford a roof replacement.

Rob came out and checked everything out. We had a small leak in the attic and he determined that it was due to fact that the two attic fans had been installed upside down. He removed them, inspected them for potential damage, reinstalled them correctly, and made sure everything was water tight. I am sure that he did more work than what my coupon allowed. He also explained everything before he did it. He was a pleasure to work with and I will definitely use him again if anything arises.

It was fair. They got the job done in about one hour. The scheduling was fine.

Showed up on time and provided a good quality service at an affordable price. They covered all leaks I had around roof pipes and repaired shingles. Good communication throughout and even sent me pictures of where my roof was damaged. Their work has been tested by 2 strong storms in June and has passed with flying colors. Would use them again.

I purchased a big deal (coupon Roof-1321211-1). The provider, C&H Roofing, was incredibly unprofessional. He arrived 1.5 hours early without calling and never fully looked over my roof. He only looked at the items on which he could sell me to replace ($300 worth). I called him within an hour of him leaving and told him I just wanted the basic service I paid for and the additional $300 service will have to wait until another time. He proceeded to get really upset and said he would have replaced the shingles earlier (part of the package I purchased) and now he is going to have to come back out for nothing....AND THEN HE ASKED ME FOR GAS MONEY! What kind of business is this? Whether or not he gets any of the $49 is not my problem, but to ask a customer for gas money is incredibly unprofessional. I would like a refund. I told the guy to not come back and I will not be providing gas money for him.

Upon Rob's arrival, I pointed out a leak I was experiencing and he performed a general inspection as well as a search for the cause of the leak. He found two potential causes (missing flashing and a penetration) and repaired both. He also noted that I did not have enough vents and had some hail and wind damage. We agreed to revisit that later in the season when the hail season was over.

GREAT. Rob was informative, friendly and easy to talk to. Professional and HONEST. Mostly when dealing with various service providers, businesses, mechanics, etc., I just want honesty. I had a portion of our roof that has started bubbling a bit and I thought for sure it would need to be replaced. He came back and said it did not need replacement and there was no leakage, just improperly built decking (no surprise there...its a Ryland Home). He fixed some leaks, replaced some shingles and was overall very informative. They get my business when I need a new roof in a few years. HIGHLY recommend!

David with C & H Roofing contacted us during a neighborhood visit. After checking with the BBB we made the decision to get an estimate on replacing the roof on our home and detached garage.. During this process Rob Lamar, owner of C & H Roofing, gave us a thorough explanation of the whole process and provided a fair and equitable price for supplies and labor. The job required several hours of tree and limb trimming which his crew provided. One of the things that really stood out and I appreciated was the time spent by Rob and his associates prior to and including the entire process. This time helped to build a trust which made the whole process a pleasant experience. I even had the pleasure of meeting his two school aged children during one of his visits to our home. Rob was always available even when he had his children on non school days. With the grade of shingles used in this job our insurance company, upon receiving receipt of a premium shingle applied, gave a generous discount on our yearly premium. I know that this was a challenging job from the start to the finish requiring much more than just applying shingles. This is a company that is family owed and operated and, in my experience with them, run with integrity. C & H Roofing's magnet is on my "frig" door as my roofer of choice. This was the second time that I used C and H Roofing to replace my roof. The first time was two years ago and Rob and his guys did such a great job that I called him again. Before I hired C and H the first time, I checked their references (which were very good). Our roof was damaged during the hail storm in June. I did not think our roof would have much damage since it was two years old. However, when we put the house on the market, the buyer's inspector indicated that the roof might have damage. Still not believing that the damage could be that bad, I called the insurance company and they said that they preferred to look at the roof first. July 11th, the morning of the inspection, I woke up at 3 am in a sweat, worried that the insurance might not take care of the roof. I sent an email to Rob at 3:30 am to call me ASAP. He gave me a call at 6:00 am and agreed to meet the insurance inspector at the house at 9:30 am. Rob when over the roof with the inspector, making sure that he accurately recorded the damage. The insurance commented on how well the roof was put on. The inspector agreed that, because of the hail damage, the roof needed to be replaced. I told Rob that I needed the roof replaced by June 20th, the date of closing. Rob checked the weather on his phone and his schedule and told me that the first day without rain was July 17th and he could the get the job done that day. Well, on the 17th, his guys were working first thing in the morning and they got the job done in one day. Closing proceeded as scheduled. The roof looks great and the buyers were very happy with the job. Rob even stopped by, introduced himself to the new owners and told them to call him if they had any questions or problems. Rob Lamar and C and H Roofing are fantastic.
