The work had to be halted when tiny ants were discovered behind some loose tiles in the above the tub. We had to get our exterminator to spray the area and the work had to be rescheduled. We had a deadline with company coming and the Grout Doctor rearranged some other jobs so as to accommodate our needs. The guest bathroom now looks great!

They were a little bit more expensive then the other estimate I received, but well worth it. They did a great job repairing some cracked grout in our master bath shower. Looks new! The gentlemen were knowledgable, friendly, and had the work completed in a timely manner. Would hire them again.

We were told they would only do half of the hallway at a time in order to let people by. The did the full width of the hallway which caused us to re-route everyone. They left there fan here.

I contacted five companies and talked to four, got bids from three. Grout Doctor had the lowest bid, but they were the only one to properly understand the amount and extent of actual damage to repair. Also they took extra care to wait for the area to be dry enough to ensure a lasting repair.
