 + -1 moreOverall, the stay there was absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!!!! Me and my husband were being deployed overseas and we told them about this as soon as we found out and gave them orders as soon as we could and they had treated us as if we were getting out for other reasons. Even though they had all of our information from the military they still tried to charge us for things that wasn't suppose to be on the bill. It p***** me off that a company like this is even still in business. My husband and I were being sent overseas to fight for our nations freedom and people like this who mistreat us don't see that we are being sent out there to fight for them. So that they could have a normal sense of life and so that they don't have to worry about their kids playing outside or even going to the movies. I honestly think that they should get sent over there so that they know what its like over there. Life is completely different and I believe that they need an attitude adjustment fast. Please consider another place to live besides this place. They will be nice to you at first but will treat you like c*** afterwards and try to scam you out of as much money as they can! Trust me they have done it to me. They took advantage of my deployment and tried to get every cent that I had.
Description of Work: Me and my husband had moved into these apartments and thought that it would be a pleasant place to stay. The service at first was good but as time went along it went downhill. The reason for this I don't know, we never gave them a reason to treat us like we were aweful tenants. Since the apartment property was so small the parking was limited. They did offer covered parking and only one vehicle per apartment was able to park underneath the covered parking. They would have us put a sticker in the vehicle that was going to be parked under the covered parking so that no one would hog all the parking. (Which sounds reasonable) Well lucky for me there was another car that looked almost exactly like mine and one day when me, my husband and kids were going out of town for the weekend; I went outside to find that my car wasn't there! It turns out that they had towed the wrong car and when I had asked if they were going to reinburst me for the towing fees they blew me off!!!!! Everytime after that they would act so rude to us as if we had done something wrong to them and it was a pain for them to deal with us or even talk to us.
