Installation went fine. However, I have a Home Warranty Policy that will reimburse me. Boys worth does not deal with warranty companies. Fine, I will pay and get reimbursed. BUT, it is necessary for the Bosworth Tech to advise what needed to be fixed/replaced. The Tech agreed to do this upon the beginning of he job. UNFORTUNATELY, he was not prepared (understandable) and jut gave estimated costs. That is what I was approved to be reimbursed. Ended up being approx. $200 more and all
L the warranty company needed was the Tech to call back with Revised costs. Tech assured me so politely and believably he would be happy to do whatever I needed to get the actual reimbursement. After three (3) follow-ups with Tech, because he had NOT done ANYTHING HE PROMISED. I was called by Bosworth to tell me they just didn't have time (prob. Less than 2 minutes) how do they know if they don't deal with THESE COMPANIES!!!! They spent more time telling me THEY DON'T have time to help me!!! NO PROBLEM!!!! I will be using someone else in the future. Also, will be looking into getting my R.O. Taken out and rent from someone else!
MY MAIN COMPLAINT IS THAT I WAS PROMISED HELP FROM TECH TO GET MY FUL REIMBURSEMENT MULTIPLE TIMES ONLY TO HAVE SMOKE BLOWN!!!!

"The customer complaint indicated that our workmanship was satisfactory, but we failed to meet her expectations with her home warranty company. We have attempted to be a service provider for many home warranty companies in the past with very poor results in customer satisfaction. We made a business decision not to be a home warranty company provider. That being said, we are a 65 year old service company that has always tried to resolve customer issues to mutual satisfaction of all parties. If the customer will contact me directly I will make every effort resolve this particular issue with her."

They told me that I had some hail damage that they wouldn't be able to do. The quote amount was about $300 for each vent repair. I didn't use them. I had to get the roof replaced and I went with a different company to do that. He told me that he wouldn't cut a hole in my roof because it would leak if he did. That was good. They came out the same day or the next morning. They returned my call quickly and came right out. Their price was the same as everyone else.

The company never called me back. They sent me a quote in the mail, which I thought was too high due to the amount of distance to be repaired. I attempted to contact the guy in charge of this particular service by phone but could not. get hold of him. I found another plumbing company (Ervin Plumbing) to do the repair of the sewer for less than half of the trenchless repair quote. After a month or two I received a bill in the mail for $250.00. I went by the office in Odessa on 42nd St. to talk about this in person. The guy in charge( I cannot remember his name but he is over the trenchless repair division of the Bosworth company) over heard me complaining to the front desk receptionist about my bill and that I needed to talk to someone about it. He was professional and courteous. I explained that I was under the understanding that the quote was free. He explained that there was normally a camera charge and apologized for the mis-communication . He waived the bill for the estimate.

We have been using Bosworth for years for plumbing and electrical. They are a little higher in price than some of the other providers, but you always get quality work. All of the technicians that have come to your house have been very friendly and professional. This is the company that I call first every time.

Their electricians were very knowledgeable and understood my home control system and made some very good recommendations that would benefit my system. I have used Bosworth for many years for plumbing, HVAC and electrical and recommend them highly for all of these services.

They did everything they said they would. Called them on Monday they came out the same day gave us an estimate. Installed our new unit the next day said they'd be over at 9am showed up @ 8:45am. They work all morning and through lunch to finish the install.
