"(member name removed) Thank you for positive comments about our company. If you ever have an issue with our company, please do not hesitate to contact me personally. Ron Ainsworth, President"
"The customer complaint indicated that our workmanship was satisfactory, but we failed to meet her expectations with her home warranty company. We have attempted to be a service provider for many home warranty companies in the past with very poor results in customer satisfaction. We made a business decision not to be a home warranty company provider. That being said, we are a 65 year old service company that has always tried to resolve customer issues to mutual satisfaction of all parties. If the customer will contact me directly I will make every effort resolve this particular issue with her."
