RAINDANCE CAR WASH

My experience was frustrating! Paid 38 dollar, waited one and a half hours for my car to be done, the first time. I had to leave , was given a rain check. The second time I waited two hours and 18 minutes, to find the carpet fresh was not vacuumed out, ( even under the mats, where i had intentionally put it to see if it was even touched, it was not))! the car was not wiped down inside, especially the cup holders, dirt was on the bottom of the outside, windows were strecked, wheel rims were still dirty, when i went back in to tell the management, i was told there vacuum cleaners were the best in town, that they would not revacuum it, they didnt have enough time for that. i have spent almost 4 hours of my time, 38 dollars, and nothing has been done correctly.
