Construction Concepts halfway did the job, and then just stopped showing up.  I called them repeatedly to inquire when they were going to come finish the work.  Each time they promised to arrive the next morning.  Eventually when I contacted them the man I spoke with cussed me out and was very threatening.  After that experience I told him that I did not want them back in my home.  I asked to receive a refund on the money I had already paid them, and after threatening to file charges, they agreed to send me half of the money I had paid.  I was sent a check for the amount of $100.00, but it bounced.  I have not yet received any return of my payment.

"This client was always making and adding changes...she would always act out being very demanding and rude towards myself as owner and the employees...She wanted a refund of a $100.00 which we gave her to appease her complaints...We finished the cabinet job but without trim because they dont manufacture this type trim. We stopped payment on the check because we felt our labor cost was justifiable...I as an owner would never do anymore business with this client again because of her rude and obnoxious mannerisms...and recommend that no other contractor do business with this client...The job was done in a timely and professional manner...I do not like to be threatened by any client...This is true and correct to the best of my belief and knowledge..."
