The repair was very responsive and knowledgeable. He took a look at the unit and gave me suggestions on what needed to done to repair the non service AC unit. He went out to the store to purchase the items and came back to install it.

They were prompt and showed up on time which was important since we had a flight to catch. He did a good diagnosis and located a freon leak. A previous repair company had not located and simply filled up the a/c with freon which leaked out within a couple months.

The service was great and we look forward to having them come back for the maintenance of our heating system. The technician was delayed at his previous appointment and he called to let us know he was running behind schedule.

not good at all... what they did did not fix the problem..... called another a/c contractor to make the proper repair.

The representative from Walker did a good job. He showed up on time and cleaned my HVAC unit in a timely manner. Upon inspection, he noticed I had very little Freon. He attempted to find the leak himself, and even though he was unable to diagnose the problem he ruled out a few areas it could have been in. My only problem with Walker is that the company keeps billing me for the service. I have received an invoice and now a past due statement, despite contacting Walker about the error. I'm not sure if I would use Walker in the future or recommend it to others.

I am thrilled with their service. I originally had an appointment for a Friday morning. With no a/c over night I knew my family would be miserable. However, I received a surprise when Walker A/C contacted me with a cancellation that day and they were able to get me same day service. The technician was efficient and got my ac working immediately and for less than I expected.
