This experience went very well. Richard's wife answered the phone, was positive, helpful and informative. She scheduled the appointment. They came on time. They were very efficient and neat. After our discussion and decision to not fix the washer, they put it all back together again, made suggestions for buying a new washer and helped me to know what was important to look for. I paid $75 for this visit and had they repaired it it would have been used towards the payment for the repair.
