The tech, Bradley Cooper, who came to my house was just awesome, courteous, and patient. First he came out to do an estimate and presented an affordable solution that others had not considered such as going thru my attic to run the line to the back yard. There was a slight snafu once I decided to go with Baker Brothers for the electrical work. The person who took the order didn't catch I wanted them to come to install the new breaker circuit and didn't properly schedule enough time to do the work as it was an all day job. No worries, Bradley took care of the mix up and was back the next day to do the work. Despite us being indecisive on where we wanted things put and our lack of knowledge about what was needed to hook up the swim spa, Bradley patiently waited for us to make a decision and even called the place that sold us the swim spa to get help on where to place the wires for the swim spa. Once the work was done, Bradley and his assistant cleaned up after themselves. The assistant, a former AC man, even told us that it looked like our air conditioner overflow was full and we needed to get that looked at. Overall, it was a great experience working with Bradley & Baker Brothers. Will definitely use them again.

Discovered a small water leak on the homeowners side of the water meter. Logged onto Angie's List to find a reputable plumber and these guys were at the top of the list (plus, I see their commercials all the time). Everything went great! The people on the phone were friendly, the technicians were knowledgeable, friendly, and super responsive. The repair took maybe an hour to complete and they showed me their completed work. They replaced about a foot of line (rubber hose looking stuff) and the fittings on either end, to my untrained eye, appeared to be about $20 in parts. Here's the part that left a really bad taste in my mouth. This repair, that took only an hour and a few parts rang in at nearly $550!! When I asked why so much the technician told me that it's just the company's standard charge for this type of repair. And it's because of this alone, I am going to most likely look elsewhere for future services and repairs.

We called to get my daughter's A/C repaired last night. It is over 100 degrees during the day and 90 degrees at night here in Texas. A representative was sent out and their key broke so that they could not fix the unit. They still insisted on charging a $200 emergency fee for coming out even though they did nothing and their key issue was not our fault. In fact, the supervisor, threatened my daughter if they did not pay. I do not recommend this company and I would recommend taking them off Angie's List. We will be calling the State Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau.

Noticed a gas leak within my house. Atmos turned off the gas on a Saturday night. Called Baker Brothers to request services on Sunday. They were able to come out the following day. I however coordinated for my free time. They were able to identify the cause, fix the leak, and have everything back to running form within 3 afternoons. It could have been faster if my schedule allowed more flexibility. The plumber was very professional and friendly. They even vacuumed the floor from all the insulation in the attic. The leak, repair, and rationale for the services were all explained. He was efficient and respectful of my house and my time. I'd definitely hire them again. I also liked that they are bonded and insured.

Very good. Ac went out Saturday evening. I emailed Baker Brothers at night and they called back early Sunday afternoon and had a person available to com to the house at 2pm. He replaced the capacitor and checked the Freon and verified that everything worked. The tech was professional and friendly. I had not used this company before but will definitely use them again.

Once they got here. They were professional and got the job done.

Excellent! They came out and diagnosed my main water pipe CORRECTLY and saved me from spending $4k more than I needed to with the "other" place. Very nice, professional and super caring!

I was very impressed with Baker Bros and Tyler, the technician who came to our house. Our a/c unit stopped cooling the night before and since it was 106 degrees outside, we needed help quick. Baker Bros was very helpful when I called and promised to send someone that same day. Tyler showed up and he was very professional and took care of the problem quickly. I really liked the way he gave me different options and pricing so that I could make an informed decision. I will definitely be calling them again if we need any a/c or plumbing help.
