They were very good, professional, courteous . They did pretty good service. they got the job done correctly.

Initially, we planned to replace 3 faucets in our bathroom. They all are working great, just wear and tear signs on the cosmetic look. All faucets (current and replacement) are the same Delta model. We furnished our parts. Baker Brothers charged $771 for 3 installations. Because cost is high. We decided to replace only one faucet, and Baker Brothers charged $227 for the installation. Half way done, the technician told us that he has to run new plumbing lines, and additional cost is $281. Bait and Switch tactics. Now, final cost is over $518 for only one faucet installation. We have had Baker Brothers' services for the last few years. Mostly were drain clogs in the kitchen and bathroom. This service call described above caught us off guard.

This company incorrectly diagnosed and installed my entire AC unit and charged me ~10,000. That is when the issues began. I hired an independent AC company and they determined Baker Brothers incorrectly installed my unit. Baker Brothers admitted fault but only reimbursed me ~10%. We lived in our house during the hottest weeks of the summer and paid for a unit we never needed. These people are incompetent, unprofessional and unethical.

They completed the job for 12 hrs and they didn't stop and everything was done for 1 day

After confirmation of appointment and waiting over a week they finally informed us they do not service people who live in a mobile home. Providing water/plumbing services to someone is not a priority of this company if you live in a mobile home. Nowhere on the website does it inform someone that they do not care about a necessity of life if you live a mobile home.

They did a great job of analyzing and fixing the issue.

In about 15 minutes, he assessed the situation, gave us a straightforward price with everything that price included AND used the auger to clear the wash rag from our toilet! (Please, no questions as to how it got there!) LOL! He is an experienced plumber. He was wearing a mask and he covered his shoes with booties before entering our home. I highly recommend Lane Jackson and Baker Brothers Plumbing!

Made an appointment on Wednesday for Friday. On Friday, waited 6 hours for for a tech to show up, and then got a phone call 'Sorry, we don't work on mobile homes'. Just like that. Seriously - you couldn't tell me that when I made the appointment???

Fantastic. The service personnel came out and provided a reasonable estimate, I accepted and they came back the next day and completed the job that same day.

They were great, they came out on a Saturday for an emergency call on my Air conditioning and it was great , they came out with the service and and they provide 24/7 service as well.

Just had them come out on a Saturday because I have a 17 month old and in the Texas heat I had to pay the 200.00 dollar fee. Spent another 345.00 on a "new" capacitor. And was told Im going to need to spend 10,000 dollars or else we will burn in our house along with my little kiddo. Well turns out my neighbor has been working on AC and Heating for over 30 and asked me how much I paid told him 543.00. He started laughing and showed me what was the short term issue a wired was not even clamped to the connector. Was causing it to over heat. He said you will be good for a couple weeks but the capacitor, he apparently just replaced and spent 345 dollars on is going to need to be replaced. Well he said he can get the part for 50 and just throw him 20 for hooking it up which he said will take him less then 10 minutes. This company has no value or honesty. I almost had to pull out money out of my kids college fund. When he said 10k to fix. Neighbor said you literally just got had in the worst way. I was going to give the Tech 3 stars but cant do it. He was going to watch me go broke on dropping 10k and would have laughed about it to everyone. Oh and beware of there site you cant write a review directly on their site so they only put high star reviews. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!! Please if you do call 3 or 4 diffrent opinions.

They gave me a same day appointment and finished the service by early afternoon. The tecnicians were great.

This was the worse of the worse. Technician was horrible and puts notes on his bill that you - the customer don’t see. These notes cover his butt with the company in case he mis-diagnosis a problem. In my case he did mis-diagnose a problem. Then when you call and complain that the problem is back within a day, they have those notes that dispute you over the phone. They then tell you a manager will call you. Who cares- I need my problem fixed. They’re too big. Out of touch. Good luck to you if you use these guys. What we thought was just a simple task of replacing a faucet turned out to be a need for new valves and line. We are grateful to have had the Baker Brothers Plumber there to assess the situation before starting. We would have had a total mess on our hands had we done it ourselves. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone in need of help with plumbing issues!

I was quoted a very good promotional price for HVAC annual maintenance. I jumped at the opportunity. I have paid as much as $80 to $90 for this sort of service. Little did I know annual "maintenance service" may vary from one company to another. Baker Brothers' practice seems to lure potential customers in only to explain to them that certain common practices are extras. In the past, I've had my HVAC coils gently rinsed with water after the enclosure is removed. This has been customary from my experiences as part of a HVAC maintenance service by any other HVAC company. I was shocked to hear taking off the enclosure of my outside units to rinse their coils was an additional ~$100 per HVAC unit. On top of that, the guy who came out to service my HVACs didn't even have a water hose in his truck. But I was told if I pay $10 per month to get the Family Plan, I would get "free" seasonal checks. Needless to say, in one service call, I went from looking to buy additional things for my HVAC system (humidification, purification, 4" filter upgrade, etc.) this year from Baker Brothers to now I don't want to recommend their business at all. In my humble opinion, what transpired yesterday was shady with deceptive pricing lures. The best analogy I can make is showing up for an oil change with an advertised price but then I'm told that getting an oil filter isn't part of the basic service so I would need to pay extra for one if I wanted it. I will say the technician who came to my house was polite and professional. The only negative thing I can say about the technician is he forgot to restore my thermostats to normal temperatures when he wrapped things up. It dawned on me later in the night why my house was so darn cold.

Joel did a great job. He was polite, and knowledgeable. I was very thankful for a job well done. I would rehire if needed.

For the most part, their people in the field were outstanding but their back office needs some help but I'm happy with them.
