Joey did a great job evaluating the situation and explaining what our options were very clearly. He showed us how he came up with the pricing of three options. We made a decision and then I decided to find out what it would cost to replace the whole sink. Joey had no problem changing direction to give me an idea of that project. I appreciated his flexibility and professionalism. He did a great job replacing the faucet quickly. It was a nice experience and we will definitely hire Baker Brothers again.

Let’s face it; you never want to have plumbing problems. But Jonathan Woodwine and Drew from Baker Brothers made it as painless as possible for us to get them fixed. Jonathan was communicative throughout the process; from the initial diagnosis through the final fix, he kept us up-to-date on the situation, the timeline, and the cost. They showed up on time and stayed late to make sure our family was disrupted as little as possible. I can’t say enough good things about their professionalism and work. Baker Brothers wouldn't work on it if they didn't install it but was happy to quote me for a new one.

They came out and gave their quote. They had the best price among the people that we had to come in and give us quotes. So we chose them to replace our air unit.

I wouldn't use them again but it wouldn't be because of the quality. The quality of the work is why we went ahead and went with them.

Went well...some work was done today...will be coming back to complete job...a bit more than anticipated...very pleased with the way problem was explained to us and solution needed to resolve it.

I called about 11:30 and was told someone would arrive by 1:30. There was a text message sent with Gregg's photo and references about Gregg from resent customers prior to a call that told us he was 30 minutes away and would be early. All very professionally done. Gregg arrived in a company truck. He made quick work of the stop valves and kitchen faucet that needed replaced then gave an assessment the water heater I ask him to look at. I rarely get this level of professionalism from any trade and will enthusiastly refer them to friends and neighbors.

Very well. We usually call a roto-rooter kind of place, and those prices have climbed over the years. But I had actually met with Baker concerning some marketing work (didn't get the gig and not involved with them) and was impressed with their training and facilities. It was an emergency on a weekend which bumped the price; and the guy broke out the big guns, fiber-optic cameras and electronic tracers, so it got pretty pricey. But I got a look at the whole system, he found several issues that will require major repairs, which were actually under the house and not in the line to the street. So it was worth it to get the "rolls royce" of drain inspection and cleaning. The guy knew his stuff and got the drains open, and I got a full look at issues that will need to be corrected. He was also respectful of the fact that I've done a lot of work on (and under) the house and have maybe "above average" plumbing knowledge, so he worked "with" me on understanding issues and how the system is laid out. Nice guy and well-trained.

We use them for heating and air conditioning and plumbing. We have a family membership with them and they are great about getting out here the same day. We've never had issues with all their work. They're a little bit expensive maybe.

They have always been very pleasant to deal with. The times I have been home they’ve always been very gracious about two feline supervisors. Pricing is good. I don’t know what they could improve upon, maybe pet the cats a couple more times. They are cat friendly. It took just the one day to do the work.

Dustin came out for a estimate for a few items. They do charge a trip fee, but they disclose that at the beginning. In the long run it is just semantics, since they could roll in the cost to the repair or be more upfront about it. Dustin was on time and easy to deal with. We went through the issues pretty quick and laid out the time and costs for the repairs. We will consider using them for part or all of the jobs.

I had an emergency plumbing problem and they were willing to come that day. The guy that came was unbelievably nice and very, very polite and business like. He sold me a brand new hot water heater which I desperately needed. He told me about how it worked and how long it typically lasted. He called in and got me a discount on the water heater that I wouldn't normally be entitled to and he just sort of talked them into giving it to me which I really appreciated. I was getting completely rusty water in my bathtub and it wouldn't heat up. He was really really good and polite. And he liked cats.

He was very very nice. He was really good. He knew exactly what to do and did it. He was polite about it. He was fast and then he replaced the toilet seat. He was very fast and polite about that too. It was a really good toilet seat and the price was good too. I had a tube of face cream that had gotten stuck in the toilet and it was clogged. The toilet seat was $150 and it was a solid wood with enameled paint and it was really really nice. He was good and he was polite.

The guy was very weird. There were 2 stand up guys and there was a puddle of water in front of my leaky dishwasher and they talked to me like I was a janitor that needed to mop it up. It was really really rude. I got mad and I didn't say anything to their faces but I called Baker Brothers and I complained. It was like look honey you need to get after it. It was really rude. They were just too rude and I don't want them in my house again.

The guy was a little weird. There was a leak in my air conditioning line upstairs and it leaked thru my ceiling. The guy was a little funky but he knew what he was doing. He meant well and he wasn't a bad guy. He was just a little funky but he was a kid. They were reasonable. The guy made some remarks and it's not that they weren't tactful. It's just that it's not what my 57 year old self would say in a business setting where I was in somebodies house to do a job but he was fine. He was like 25 years old.

I called Baker Brothers at 3:20 pm and Kevin was at my house before 4 pm. He was courteous and informative. He explained what he was going to do, provided a quote and did the work promptly, leaving the work area very clean. He was done by 5:30 pm.

Good response time considering we called them at 4:00 on a Sunday Morning. They were out here by 6:30. Done (fixing a leak in a shower pipe) by 8:30. Now we just have to fix the hole in the drywall.

Exceptionally well. Although the initially thought they wouldn't be able to have some out until after noon, they actually had some able to come before 10:30 am. Pedro was polite and professional, accomplishing the work in about an hour. Another company had quoted $700-$1400 over the phone to perform the same repair due to a large amount of fees. Baker Brothers honored the Angie's List 10% off coupon and the end result was the repair costing only $214.
