Leland used an auger but that didn’t solve the problem. Did offer suggestion/recommendation if further service is needed.

The furnace is in the attic. I asked him while he was up there to check the water pipes. We just moved into this house 6 months ago and weren't sure where the water pipes were. I wanted to check if they ran down the outside walls from the attic to the faucets and if so were they insulated. When he came down he said there were no water pipes in the attic and then said, "I'm not sure where they are. They could be in the foundation." Now even I, a non-plumber, would know that the water pipes would have to be either in the attic or the foundation. He wanted to know if he found anything wrong to just go ahead and fix it or discuss it with me. Now who would give a service repairman cart blanc to repair something. I told him I wanted a list and the price.He then proceeded to give me a long list of things that were wrong totaling over $1000. We had this house inspected less than 6 months ago, we also had AC work done in the attic in August that involved the furnace and NONE of those issues were found. Once my one year contract is expired I will not renew it nor use Baker Brothers again.

Found water pooling where pier and beam foundation joined slab foundation. Break in line underneath slab. Creative solution found such that avoided having to break up slab by diverting line outside of foundation and back in. Also repaired incorrect routing of hot water line. Took 2-1/2 days, longer than expected, but justified by complexity of issues. Technicians were courteous and kept owner informed. Determined to fix problems properly and consistent with code. Much more expensive than anticipated at the beginning but was in line with time and complexity of job.

I purchased a new Trane XV system in March, 2017, and believe I received excellent pricing considering the level of the system that I bought. It definitely is not an inexpensive system, but should last more than twice as long as any previous systems I have had. They are very professional and responsive. It came with one free year of their Family Plan, which is definitely a huge PLUS. I had the furnace maintenance service in October, 2017 as well. I highly recommend!

They did great work. No problems at all after work was completed. They had to go through foundation. They also repaired my central air unit outside.

The job went extremely well. We moved the shower, toilet and sink. All work was done well and in a timely manner. We even had an exterior faucet added to the outside of the house from the new indoor plumbing.

Steve, with Baker Brothers did an excellent job that was quick and effective. He was able to remove the stuck piece and put the faucet back together in less than an hour. He called prior to the appointment and was able to come earlier.

Everything is working again as designed. Baker Brothers will return Friday to install a cleanout on the sewer line before the septic tank.

They were very professional and completed top quality work. They may be a little pricier than some but the quality of work and the people they have sent to us are first rate.

We had 10 leaks under our slab. The plumbers were very good in repairing all the leaks. However, communication needs to be much improved with Baker's big jobs! With us, we never knew when the next crew would show up, i.e., tile guys, brick mason, etc. So we were always the ones always calling in asking questions! We felt that we acted as our own general contractors. Jason seems to be the only one coordinating Baker's jobs and he is impossible to get hold of! So then you talk to the girls in the office only. If you have a big and/or complex job, expect poor to non existing communication, no follow up, as well as billing issues!!! Last week, we received a call asking us to pay several thousand dollars more than what the final bill was supposed to be. The reason for this was that Baker failed to file the additional claims to the insurance company. We asked them to do what they were supposed to be doing weeks ago and are now waiting for a corrected bill. No apologies from Baker either.

Fantastic! Shelby went above and beyond the call of duty. He was very , professional, personable and took great pride in his work. Shelby helped clear up insurance questions and cleaned up beautifully. If you need plumbing help, call Baker Brothers. I have used them 3 times and each experience has been great!
