Description of Work: We had a leak from a faucet supplying the washing machine that was going into the wall. The plumber replaced that faucet, and we had him replace the other one as well just in case it might be next.

Description of Work: My toilet rocked And I couldn't get it to tighten down. I called Baker Bro's and they were at my house the next day. When he pulled the toilet the sewer pipe was broken about two feet under the slab. They were equipped to jack hammer through the slab, replace the pipe, cement a new one in, and re install the toilet and clean up the bathroom in the same day. The reason I rated them a C on price was replacement of a flush valve added $106.25 and I furnished the valve from American Standard (Warranty replacement). For you veterans, I did get a $50.00 discount.

Description of Work: I called for a sewer cleaning service, jet wash and video recording. Dispatch set it up. Then Dispatch called back twice asking what I wanted done, it sounded like they were unaware a service call had already been scheduled. One Tech showed on time. He was unaware I had scheduled a complete sewer cleaning. He did not have the equipment or a helper to do the job requested. He quoted a price to clean out the clog twice what I had paid another company a few months before. I paid the trip charge and sent him away.

I checked our records and found where you had called in for service in April, and then cancelled the call on the same day. I do not show where we have ever been out to your home and actually performed any services. Our prices are based off of the National Plumbing Average and are comparable to all the other plumbing companies of our size. Although we may not be the cheapest in town, we are definitely not the most expensive either. We offer quality service at a reasonable rate. Our Company has been in business since 1945 and we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction. When you use Baker Brothers, you can count rest assure that you will be taken care of.
