AcvOur homeowner's insurance company recommend Bakers to us. We had a slab leak and didn't know where at. If you ever have a plumbing problem you will need to ask for Mack if you want it done quickly, efficiently ,and correctly. He was polite, friendly, knows his trade very well, and explains in a way you will understand. Would highly recommend him and use him again.

Our tankless water heater installation had some hiccups, but our plumber Armando was very professional. I rated the price lower because the estimator was very far off on the total price from what it ended up costing us (the budget was blown by about 40%). We had to do a lot of digging in our yard as well, which we did not anticipate. However, Armando stayed at our house every night until 8 PM or 9 PM, and did his best to get the job completed timely. We still have outstanding work to complete, but I am confident Baker Brothers will get everything wrapped up. Thankfully, I had someone that could be at my house while I was at work, so the extra timeline did not hurt too much. We do have exposed piping in our garage that we are not thrilled with, but this was an error with the estimator that came to do the initial projection of the hot water heater install. I ranked the quality slightly lower because we were not told in advance of this, so we were a little disappointed. Overall, I thought the plumber doing the install did a great job, and I would hire Baker Brothers again. However, I hope in the future our estimates are closer to our final costs and that the final work product is more in line with projections.

I was referred to Baker Brother's by a former employee, who also suggested I ask for Wade if he was available. I called and told them my problem and they sent Wade out to do an estimate. It was going to be a few days before they could get to it, which was no problem for me. They showed exactly when they said they would and fixed not only what I had called about, but another plumbing issue that I had. I cannot say enough what a great job they did. Professional, courteous, price was much less than I had expected. Did a great job of cleaning up after themselves, etc. Basically they made a customer for life. Wade really is the "leak whisperer". Highly recommend.

It went fairly well but I was evidently the last on the route so had to do half one day and the other half the following day on Sunday but at least it was a job well done.

I had a leaking water heater in my attic that had obviously rusted out and needed a plumber to come to replace it. I called a local plumber here in Prosper twice and left messages on Friday night and Saturday morning, as well as leaving service request messages on their website and never got a reply. I called Baker Brothers who answered immediately and scheduled a repair for the afternoon. They actually arrived early and gave me advice on replacing the HWH vs installing a tankless system and we went with standard HWH and replace both units since we have a recirculating pump and as they told me, tankless means endless, not instant hot water! Save us $2000 by going with regular tank HWH units.

The install went well. The installers were knowledgeable, and professional. The area was cleaned on completion. The only disheartening thing was we found this water heater and could not find a firm to install for under $1200 so it would cost over the amt any plumbing svc charges. Seems like a lot of up charge on this item!

Diagnosed quickly and found and repaired. Was supposed to give recommendation for dry wall repair once area dried but they forgot.

We had a salesman come out and show us the different options they had. We picked out what we wanted and set up a date for installation. Two young men came out on time on the selected day. They worked all day and had it completed that evening. They did an excellent job and only had two minor problems that the inspector needed corrected. Baker Brothers sent out another young man to check out the problems and correct them. He was also on time and very professional. He also answered some questions for us and gave us detailed instructions on using the wall thermostat.

Interactive, responsive, professional, meticulous. We expanded our gas system to correct supply to our pool and house heaters due to the recent addition of a tankless water heater. Throughout the process, which involved an electrician, the gas company, and an inspector, Sean was on top of it all. He sweats the details, takes pride in his craftsmanship and is quite comfortable explaining everything. I ask a lot of questions and have a high standard for details. He showed me each leak, explained what he was doing and why, and never tried to sell me on unneeded work. I would definitely use these guys again.

Is a 5 ton unit not a 3 ton as told will use for just plumbing nothing else.

Garret and his helper were great. They provided answers to my questions and explained everything that they were doing.

Michael was professional and kept everything organized and clean. He explained what he was doing and options for solving any problems. We are excited to try Baker Brothers for the service contract for our heating and air also. It was not possible to determine the make of the cartridge for replacement. Michael took a picture, sent it back to support. An up to date replacement was located in stock at a nearby plumbing supply. Within the hour it was in and we were testing and setting the temperature controls.

Plumber did a great job! I placed a call for service after 4:45 on 1/8 and the repair was completed on 1/9. Very responsive and professional.

The technician was very nice, professional and quick.

The tech was nice and arrived one time, finished the work as expected. But here is my problem. I had purchased an official Moen 1222 part, as I tried to replace myself. This was an official Moen part!! Baker insisted we purchase the very same cartridge from them or it "would void the warranty". Excuse me? The part is exactly the same, same packaging etc. A bit shady if you ask me that they want to make a few bucks on a part.

Contacted Baker Brothers after hours online. Early the next morning, they called to set up the appointment. I called back several times with questions re how to best remedy a leaking water heater. By phone, they walked me through the process. Very friendly staff! Marcos was the plumber they dispatched. He arrived on time and efficiently and professionally installed the new water heater. The installation looks great! He offered tips to prolong the life of the water heater. Overall excellent experience (if there can be such a thing when your water heater starts leaking)! Would not hesitate using again.
