Provided estimate quickly and scheduled the work for the next day. The trees look great and the branches touching house and also hanging over sidewalk and street were removed. The cleanup was fantastic, all wood and leaves removed and taken away. The cost was reasonable based on similar service provided by others in prior years.

They are just very knowledgeable about trees and they know how to trim them in ways that not only do they look good it doesn’t damage the tree. They are arborist, so they know what they are doing.

The crew came out and trimmed my Cedar Elm (raise canopy/thin out), dug up 2 holly's, removed several small junk trees, removed a crepe myrtle and trimmed 2 mulberry's. Had to follow up with the crew to ensure that trunks were completely removed below ground level as promised during quote. End result was very nice.

The services provided by The Tree Fella was excellent from beginning to end. When I called to setup a time to get a bid Ms. Foster was immediately responsive and came out the next day. She also was very courteous and answered all my questions - making time for me on my schedule. The Tree Fella scheduled the tree removal to my complete satisfaction and completely grinded down the stump. Ms. Foster and the two gentlemen who performed the job were very professional. I am not surprised at all that they received the Super Service Award 2014 as my experience could not have been more positive and on a scale of 1 to 5, I wish I could have given them a 10. I will definitely call The Tree Fella first if I need any other trees removed or have any other tree issues.

Trimmed and thinned the branches on both trees, especially the side against my house. Cleaned up all of the debris, even used a blower to clean up my patio.

I USED THIS COMPANY TO TRIM FOUR OF MY TREES. AFTER THE FIRST TRIM, I EXPRESSED TO THE FIELD SUPERVISOR THAT I WAS NOT TOTALLY HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY OF THE JOB. AFTER A BRIEF DISCUSSION SHE IMMEDIATELY SCHEDULED (THE NEXT DAY) ANOTHER CREW TO COME OUT. THEY DID A FANTASTIC JOB AND I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE CONCLUSION OF THE JOB AND THE EXTRA EFFORT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE TO ENSURE THAT THEIR CUSTOMERS ARE TOTALLY HAPPY WITH THE WORK.

The provider contacted me within a day of my purchase and worked with me to set a day and time for the service to be done. The person that I talked with was very courteous and arranged a date to fit my schedule. The work crew showed up when promised and immediately began work. I explained that what I wanted was to trim three huge oaks and a bradford pear tree so that I could get enough sun on my lawn to grow grass. This crew explained at every stage of the work exactly what they were doing and the reason they were doing it. they were very efficient and left our yard cleaner than when they started.I had been wanting to get this work done for several years but kept putting it off fearing that it would not look the way I wanted it. When they finished and I saw it I could hardly believe the beautiful job that transformed my yard into exactly the way I wanted it to look. I would most definitely hire this company again and will highly recommend them to anyone who needs this kind of work.

Not only did they trim our two big trees in the front, but also cleaned up and hauled away the branches. Now we can see across the street as they cut the bottom branches and thinned out the sides. Three men came (friendly and professional) to do the work. Would recommend them.

I have had a very good experience with him. I have used him almost all the time, and I have 20 trees. They are pretty reasonable. Initially when I had to have my trees trimmed, they were the cheapest. I am very happy with them. I had an emergency, we had a snow storm, and I had a tree in front of my garage, so couldn't get out, and they made it out that day, and got the tree out of the way.

We were pleased with everything that they did and we will be using them again.
