Everything went well. The provider contacted us quickly to schedule an appointment. The quote was great, and the timeline for replacing worked well for our busy schedules. We would definitely recommend Precision Windows to anyone needing window work.

Precision Windows met all appointment windows, being on the early side of the window (great).  Estimator was highly professional, worked quickly, and provide a quick estimate of cost and approximate install appointment day.

Appointment was finalized by a very pleasant and professional assistant.  The crew arrived to install and completed the installation efficiently and with minimal disturbance.  All shades, etc., were placed back in the original position prior to asking for payment.

Estimator was very professional answered all questions.
Price was very good with a 10 year warrantee.
Installation was on time and done perfectly. Very satisfied

Called them on 10/31.  They advised that they could come to my home on 11/4 to do an estimate on a window with a broken weatherstrip.  They never showed up and never called me back.

Estimator.? Came out on time and was courteous and punctual.? Provided good consultation and an immediate estimate.? Work agreed to on the spot with expectation for delivery this week. Installation.? On time.? Completed the work in 15 minutes and cleaned up afterwards.? Good quality on work.? Courteous and professional.

They responded to my initial call immediately and set up a date for a representative to come out and give me an estimate which I approved.  They set up the date to remove and install new glass in two windows and were here on time and were finished in record time .  The workers were very professional and I love my new windows.

New windows look great!  The technician actually arrived early, very nice.  Will use them again to replace missing screens on the house and shower enclosure replacement.

Precision Windows replaced several windows for us in 2008 and early this year in 2013.  A few weeks ago, one of the 2008 windows suddenly fogged up.  We called Precision Windows on Monday, and they replaced the window under the warranty with no charge today on Friday.  Speedy, professional, and reliable - what more could you want!  We remain very impressed with this company!

We are replacing windows in the home.  We researched several retailers for quality, cost and install.  We were very pleased with all the companies.  Unfortunately, we selected another company.  This company had a good price and a high quality product. 
In the end, it came down to quality.  We definitely recommend this company to others, the sales person was knowledgeable and very professional.  We cannot comment on install.

Upon my first contact with the company, I was really happy with the speed at which everything was set.  I got an appointment right away for an estimate on the work.  The estimator showed up promptly and gave me a good price for the work.  I stated that the condo was under contract with a short time until the closing date, and that it needed to be completed on a strict deadline.  I was told he selected the Monday I needed on the sheet.   
That Monday, due to other repairs I had scheduled as well, I spent the day at the condo awaiting the workers.  Everyone else showed up and did the work needed.  I had heard nothing from Precision Windows.  I finally called them up, and the lady informed me they had me scheduled for the day the condo closed.  I explained the situation that I was in and that I really was under pressure from the buyer to get the work done.  She informed me that she would see what she could do and that I would get a call right back from her.  I waited 2 hours for that call and got no response.  I called and left a voice mail on the machine.  Another hour later I had to call again, to get told that there was an accident that closed down the window manufacturer.  She said she would try and get it done Tuesday if they could have the glass made.  
Nothing was really done, and it was completed on the closing date, which had to be moved.  That day I stopped by and just looked at the work done, and saw the window had been replaced, but the lock for the other window had not been touched.  I had a scheduled walk through for approval of the work, so I did not touch it.  
The next day during the walk through, we noticed that the replaced window no longer latched.  I tried to open the window and it was making a rattling sound as you opened the window, and it was tough to open.  When I tried to re-close the window, it now no longer goes all the way down, leaving about 1/3 of an inch gap from the bottom of the frame.  
That night I got home and emailed the company about the issues requesting an immediate phone call in the morning about getting this rectified.  I had not heard anything from the company by 9 AM so I called and left a voice mail requesting a phone call back, thinking that the email might not have been seen yet.  Two hours later I had to call again, and she informed me she saw the email first thing. I have repeatedly stated that it is a unit under sale and this is holding the closing up.  I was told that they could not get anyone to correct the work done till next week.  This is going to push the closing back another day and could cost me the sale of the condo.  She said she was going to call the owner and call me right back, it is coming on another hour and another call that looks like it would go unreturned.

After my real estate agent spoke with them, she was able to get them to agree to help within a reasonable amount of time having the installer meet out there with her to go over everything.  Still the communication from them is severely lacking. 

Precision windows are so professional.  The appointment was made and confirmed the night before for the initial estimate.  They had to order the windows because they were a custom size and indicated that it would be a bout a week.  In less than a week we received a call that the windows were ready to install.  Appointment made with a confirmation phone call.  Installers arrived on time and quick as a whistle they were in and out, no mess, no fuss.  Windows are squeaky clean and look fabulous!  Thank you!

I called Precision Windows based on their feedback on Angie's list.  They absolutely did not disappoint.  In spite of the fact that it was a very small job, they showed up on time for both the estimate and for doing the work.  They were professional, courteous and efficient, and completed the job on time and for the exact cost they quoted.   I will use them for all my future window/glass work.

My husband was the one that was out here when he gave the estimate but he said he was a nice guy. He measured the windows and talked to him about that and stuff. He answered all the questions that he had. We would call them back again whenever we get to the point where we want to replace the windows or get screens. They were really easy to work with and they came on time I believe.

The company was very professional and performed the work quickly and efficiently. Replacing the glazing in the windows was a cost effective way of dealing with the "popped" windows in our home without replacing the windows themselves.  

They were just great. No, problems at all.

A bit difficult to reach on phone, but once connected pricing was best and work done well.  Only drawback was excess glue left on glass pane and installer was late.

In process of selling house there were several double pane windows that? were 'fogged' or voided so that you could not see through them because the seal between the glass was broken and moisture was building up.? We had Precision come to the house and they measured and provided a detailed estimate of the price to replace the window glass.? I also had them provide us with two missing screens and to correct the springs on one of the windows which was difficult to operate.? They returned within a week to perform the installation of the new windows.? The two man crew was prompt, courteous, and quick to complete their work.? Their was a slight mis-measurement on one of the windows which caused them to have to re-order one piece of glass.? They apologized and were back within 4 days with the correct glass size to complete the work.? Very satisfied and they were much less expensive than other companies in the area.

They were very responsive.  Gave me an estimate and estimated date to install them.  Called scheduled an appointment.  Installers were very fast and competent.  Did a great job and the replacement windows were very good quality.

It was a very good overall experience. We called Precision Windows and they came out within the week to give an estimate. They showed up on time and were very knowledgeable and their estimate was very reasonably priced. We called back a few days later to have them start the work. The windows took a few days to come in and they scheduled the work within the week. They showed up on time to install the windows and were done in less than a hour.

We have a new window.
