They were just great. They came, measured the windows and returned to install. The installation was amazingly quick. The price was so reasonable; some of the windows were just huge and part of a sliding glass door. t recommend them more highly.

The installer was a little late. However, the work was fast and efficient.

Great.  They came out to measure when I was not there - very accommodating.  I had marked the window for them.  Took less than two weeks to have the window made and they came and installed at a scheduled time.  I would highly recommend this company for window repair

Precision windows changed out the glass on our front-door sidelites and patio door to privacy glass. They were professional and the work was done on time. They were on-time for appointments and called a day ahead to confirm the appointment. The install was scheduled at a convenient date for us and the installer showed up on time and efficiently completed the install. 
We are very pleased with their professional customer service. We will certainly use them again for any window work.

After a landscaper shattered one of our front windows, we were in the market for a replacement. A check on Angie's List showed Precision Windows as one of the highly rated vendors in our area. I received a prompt callback to schedule a visit to assess the damage and what the cost would be. The owner, John, said it would take about two weeks for the window to be made and delivered.
I got a call the day prior to the scheduled work day to confirm the install time (within an hour timeframe). The installer was prompt and efficient, removing his shoes when he came into the house. The broken window was removed and the new one installed in less than an hour. He cleaned the window, inside and out, and was on his way.
The only problem is now I need to go around and clean all the other windows that look dirty in comparison to the new one. ;-)

After the flooding, I noticed one of my windows had water in between the panes.  I contacted Precision Windows and asked for them to come out to take a look at it and also check out all my other windows.  I was so impressed with how quickly and professionally they responded.  They came out (when they said they would) and evaluated my windows.  In all, I had 4 with problems.  They gave me a quote, which I felt was fair for the work, and then they scheduled the service.  The service was performed as scheduled, and the work was excellent.  The windows look very neat and tidy and I am very pleased.  During the process, they communicated with me to let me know when they would be there, and also sent me an invoice when I asked for one.  I would definitely used them again and I would refer them to others.  Thank you so much for your help!

Contacted Precision Windows via Angie's List and they replied promptly. Scheduling was very flexible and the estimator showed up on time. He was very friendly and quick. 
Took about 2 weeks for the windows to come in. This was clear upon ordering. Installer called day before to remind me he needed access to the house. then called day of to let me know when to expect him. He was professional and friendly. Total install took roughly an hour. He cleaned up after himself and cleaned the glass before leaving.

They replaced a broken window. Then a storm came through and something was blown through it and it was broken again. It was very strange that it was the same window. I felt may be it was not secured properly or may be it was not strong enough or something. They came out and did a great job in replacing it. No problems about that. But the fact that the new window got broken was really weird. I paid 200$ for each time they came over.
