Hello, I booked my appointment almost a month ago to have my windows washed today as there was no earler time available. My appt. was from 3-6pm with me having to scheduled time off of work in order to be there. In addition, I received 3 notifications in the last 2 days confirming my appt.
Now being all set today for my windows to be cleaned, I get a call from Juan from the company. He called at 11:30am saying that one of his appointments canceled an could he come earlier at 2pm. I told him that wasn't going to work as I have a staff meeting from 1-2p. At that point, he got a little bit rude saying that he didn't think he could make it after all. Then he asked if he could come around 2pm and start working on the outside, which I said would be fine. He then said, he's going to have to get back with me.
Well an hour went by and I hadn't heard back from him, I called him. I asked if he was still coming and he starting telling me I was to far away being a hour drive and that he was going to start another house at 2pm. I said that was fine as our time window was from 3-6p. At that point he said he wasn't going to come. I told him that was unacceptable as I had made the appt almost a month ago, arranged from time off of work and paid him for the services. He at that time flatly refused coming out and when I said I wanted a refund and that I was going to rate him poorly on Angie's List he said "GO AHEAD, I DON'T CARE" and HUNG UP ON ME....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Maybe they think that because they got so much business off Angies's List, one unhappy company won't matter. I however, use Angies' List for this very reason and plan on telling everyone I know (which is a considerable amount of people) not to use Clearview Cleaning. Comments like mine and other unhappy customer's will eventually result in loss of opportunities, and then they will wish they were more professional in the future to ALL customers.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT USE THIS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE COMPANY!
Called Angie's List and they are issuing an refund. They are awesome.

At 1pm I received a call from them where they said they were over booked and wanted to try and reschedule for the following morning. I explained that I had taken time off work specifically for this appointment and that rescheduling was not an option at this late in the day. They said they would finish the current job they were going to and then give me a call when they were on their way.
At 4pm and 5pm I placed calls to them to inquire where they were and what time they were expecting to arrive. Neither call was answered but at 5.20pm I received a call from them again trying to reschedule for tomorrow morning. I once again explained that I had taken vacation from work for this appointment and taking additional vacation for a second appointment was unacceptable, especially considering that it's still light outside until after 8pm in the evenings. They said OK, we are on our way.
It is now 7.45pm and they have not shown up or called again. I had waited two months for these guys to be able to fit me into their schedule and now I have to find an alternate company to perform the services.
I try to be realistic in my expectations and where possible flexible with most vendors and their schedules. However when you have a company that requires two months notice to perform a service I had to pay for in advance, then calls me two hours before the scheduled appointment and wants to reschedule because they are "overbooked" I get pretty frustrated.
The overall impression I got when speaking with them was that they clearly had enough business and plenty of customers waiting in the wings that my business was just another "coupon" to them. It's very strange considering all of the positive reviews that they have had to this point, and obviously this very negative experience probably won't dent their reputation one bit, but the reason I subscribed to Angie's list in the first place was to try and avoid exactly this type of experience. Its hard for business' to maintain a "perfect" track record, but in this case the problem was either a lack of effort on their part (going the extra mile by completing the appointment today, even if it meant working late would have completely changed the experience for us) or just simply taking on too much work and not accurately accounting for the time they needed to satisfy their appointments (they are the experts and should know how long each appointment will take in a given day and they had two months to get their schedule organized in such a way that this shouldn't have happened).
Obviously my only recourse at this point is to request a refund for the deal and leave this negative review...I can't claim my half day of vacation back :(

Now I know why it took so long to get an appointment, they are in high demand because of their exceptional work.
I will definitely use them again, and I have already recommended them to several people, and will continue to recommend them to others.

Juan and Carlos were scheduled for a 4:00PM appointment, but they were running early and called me to find out if they could arrive early. I agreed and they arrived shortly after 3:00PM. They took a about an hour to complete their service and I was impressed with their attention to detail, how much time they spent on my high-traffic areas, and the amount of furniture they moved. They didn't bring any drying fans with them like some cleaners do, so it did take some time for the carpets to dry. However, they got out stains and grunge that neither Dalworth or Zerorez could do.
Their on-line scheduling tool was extremely simple to use and allows you to easily see their availability. If there is any downside, it's that they are obviously VERY busy and you have to plan well in advance to get on their schedule.
Another point I want to make is the value Clearview brings. With other companies, a cleaning with a Roto-Vac cleaner in four rooms would normally run well over $200 and perhaps $300. When I asked Juan what his normal rate is for cleaning rooms, he stated $25 per room. If that's the case, it's a tremendous value. I have one more coupon to use and then I will try to lock them in to a quarterly schedule.
