Hello, I booked my appointment almost a month ago to have my windows washed today as there was no earler time available. My appt. was from 3-6pm with me having to scheduled time off of work in order to be there.  In addition, I received 3 notifications in the last 2 days confirming my appt.
 
Now being all set today for my windows to be cleaned, I get a call from Juan from the company.  He called at 11:30am saying that one of his appointments canceled an could he come earlier at 2pm.  I told him that wasn't going to work as I have a staff meeting from 1-2p.  At that point, he got a little bit rude saying that he didn't think he could make it after all.  Then he asked if he could come around 2pm and start working on the outside, which I said would be fine.  He then said, he's going to have to get back with me. 

Well an hour went by and I hadn't heard back from him, I called him.  I asked if he was still coming and he starting telling me I was to far away being a hour drive and that he was going to start another house at 2pm.  I said that was fine as our time window was from 3-6p.  At that point he said he wasn't going to come.  I told him that was unacceptable as I had made the appt almost a month ago, arranged from time off of work and paid him for the services.  He at that time flatly refused coming out and when I said I wanted a refund and that I was going to rate him poorly on Angie's List he said "GO AHEAD, I DON'T CARE" and HUNG UP ON ME....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Maybe they think that because they got so much business off Angies's List, one unhappy company won't matter.  I however, use Angies' List for this very reason and plan on telling everyone I know (which is a considerable amount of people) not to use Clearview Cleaning.  Comments like mine and other unhappy customer's will eventually result in loss of opportunities, and then they will wish they were more professional in the future to ALL customers. 
 I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT USE THIS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE COMPANY! 

Called Angie's List and they are issuing an refund.  They are awesome.

Did not have the right equipment to do the job. Came unprepared, ladders too short, etc.

This is the best Window Cleaning Service we've ever had. Ever!  They moved everything for me and left the house as clean as when they arrived.

I scheduled an appointment for gutter cleaning via their website. When no one showed up I called and the person answering said they had no record of the appointment and there would be no availability until late summer. I see other customers have had problems with this vendor and I am requesting that my $99 be refunded immediately. I would recommend against using this company to other potential customers.

They did a wonderful job.  Showed up early (always good) washed all my windows inside and out (20).  I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent team - arrived on0-time, had the necessary equipment & window cleaning solution.  Were very effiecient & left the windows & screens clean!

I scheduled the carpet cleaning 2 months ago, and the day before they were supposed to come they called and cancelled because they told me I was out of their service area.  They made it seem like it was my fault but they should have known I was outside of their service area when I scheduled the cleaning and gave them my address 2 months ago.

Bought $99 coupon from Angie's list called the company twice shortly thereafter and could not get anyone on the phone, the message asks you to go to their website to schedule appt. but first appt wasn't for 3 months.....not cool, if you need something cleaned now why would I want to wait so long??? Canceled my coupon and will find someone else with a more reasonable schedule.

Purchased the big deal from this vendor on February 8th, called the vendor shortly afterwards to schedule the appointment and was unable to schedule anything earlier than today (April 11th) for an appointment.I had scheduled the appointment for 3pm so as to only have to take a half day of vacation from work for the appointment. 

At 1pm I received a call from them where they said they were over booked and wanted to try and reschedule for the following morning.  I explained that I had taken time off work specifically for this appointment and that rescheduling was not an option at this late in the day.  They said they would finish the current job they were going to and then give me a call when they were on their way.

At 4pm and 5pm I placed calls to them to inquire where they were and what time they were expecting to arrive.  Neither call was answered but at 5.20pm I received a call from them again trying to reschedule for tomorrow morning.  I once again explained that I had taken vacation from work for this appointment and taking additional vacation for a second appointment was unacceptable, especially considering that it's still light outside until after 8pm in the evenings.  They said OK, we are on our way.

It is now 7.45pm and they have not shown up or called again.  I had waited two months for these guys to be able to fit me into their schedule and now I have to find an alternate company to perform the services.

I try to be realistic in my expectations and where possible flexible with most vendors and their schedules.  However when you have a company that requires two months notice to perform a service I had to pay for in advance, then calls me two hours before the scheduled appointment and wants to reschedule because they are "overbooked" I get pretty frustrated.

The overall impression I got when speaking with them was that they clearly had enough business and plenty of customers waiting in the wings that my business was just another "coupon" to them.  It's very strange considering all of the positive reviews that they have had to this point, and obviously this very negative experience probably won't dent their reputation one bit, but the reason I subscribed to Angie's list in the first place was to try and avoid exactly this type of experience.  Its hard for business' to maintain a "perfect" track record, but in this case the problem was either a lack of effort on their part (going the extra mile by completing the appointment today, even if it meant working late would have completely changed the experience for us) or just simply taking on too much work and not accurately accounting for the time they needed to satisfy their appointments (they are the experts and should know how long each appointment will take in a given day and they had two months to get their schedule organized in such a way that this shouldn't have happened).

Obviously my only recourse at this point is to request a refund for the deal and leave this negative review...I can't claim my half day of vacation back :(

The gentleman who owned the company did the cleaning.  He was very professional and very nice.  He went right to work and continued to work until he was finished.  I was very pleased with the results.

Now I know why it took so long to get an appointment, they are in high demand because of their exceptional work.

I have never had my windows professionally cleaned, and since Juan and his team were here I have left the blinds open for a week because of the crystal-clear clarity of the windows - the light just shines though and they look great!  The reservation system was easy to use, and you receive both a confirmation and a reminder about your time slot.  I could tell that they were very busy as I had to book about 6+ weeks out, but no real issue.  They were extremely prompt, and very efficient and professional.  The two-man team thoroughly cleans the inside and outside of your windows with little squeegies, so it is more of a clean than I get, and even get into the windowsills outside that had built up grime/pollen, etc.  I plan to do this every 6 -12 months now - and as an Angie's List member and repeat customer Clearview/Juan will honor the same deal making it a great value (I have 20 windows and a skylight (slight upcharge for that).

Great. The carpets are REALLY clean. Last year we used a different company with poor results. This time it was a great service.

Juan and Carlos were very professional and had excellent service and equipment to perform the job.  I have some windows that are 22ft high and they had a special ladder for that job.  I am very pleased with their service.

I have never had gutters, so I was a bit surprised when the man who showed up to clean them just had a Shop Vac with a strange hose attachment.  This might have been fine for someone who was just doing a yearly cleaning, but when we moved in the house had been vacant for some time and there were vines growing in the one part of the gutter.  So, most of the leaves, acorns, and debris came out fine, and I saw him check the flow with water, but there is still a piece of vine sticking out of one corner.  When the appointment was scheduled, we said we had a two story house, yet the cleaner showed up with only a small ladder.  He did not have the equipment needed to remove that one section of vine and even called his supervisor to see what to do about it at one point.  Apparently the supervisor said he didn't have to clean that part!  Isn't that the point of a gutter cleaning--to clean the gutter?  Anyhow, he seemed apologetic and said he would even come back a few days later on his day off to remove it, I thanked him and said that would be great.  Well, that was months ago and he never came back--not that I think he really should have on his own time.  I think it was something the company should have been prepared to take care of in the first place.

They did a superior job.  The were punctual and professional.  I was unsure that they would be able to clean some of the spots on the rugs.  They did the job.

I am so pleased with this company. They called ahead to let me know they could come early, arrived on time, and were professional and thorough. You could tell they take pride in their work. Love my carpets now. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They removed all the stains (including pet from a previous owner) and left everything in great order and CLEAN.

I was extremely satisfied with Clearview and will definitely use them again.  They are very professional, an excellent value, and cleaned my carpet extremely well.   They use the Roto-Vac carpet cleaners as a default which is a significant upgrade cost with most other carpet cleaners.

Juan and Carlos were scheduled for a 4:00PM appointment, but they were running early and called me to find out if they could arrive early.  I agreed and they arrived shortly after 3:00PM.  They took a about an hour to complete their service and I was impressed with their attention to detail, how much time they spent on my high-traffic areas, and the amount of furniture they moved.   They didn't bring any drying fans with them like some cleaners do, so it did take some time for the carpets to dry.  However, they got out stains and grunge that neither Dalworth or Zerorez  could do.

Their on-line scheduling tool was extremely simple to use and allows you to easily see their availability.  If there is any downside, it's that they are obviously VERY busy and you have to plan well in advance to get on their schedule.

Another point I want to make is the value Clearview brings.  With other companies, a cleaning with a Roto-Vac cleaner in four rooms would normally run well over $200 and perhaps $300.  When I asked Juan what his normal rate is for cleaning rooms, he stated $25 per room.  If that's the case, it's a tremendous value.  I have one more coupon to use and then I will try to lock them in to a quarterly schedule.

My overall experience with them was good. I would use their services again in the future.

received the Angie's list deal, Gutter Cleaning for $99 - sounds good so I place the order and pay in advance. Sent an email and left 2 messages for the company, you won't get a telephone call, and you will only get an automated response to your email. When you go to their website to schedule the service, the wait is at least 2 MONTHS. I don't want to pay for something in advance, then wait 2 months to MAYBE get service, as I've yet to get a live response. I want to cancel the payment, but don't know how to do that since I went through Angie's list paypal to pay.
