Great, crew arrived when they said they would, worked all day without interruption to get it done and did a great job--good attention to detail and protected the areas that weren't to be painted so there was no overspray. Cost was almost half of a previous company I hired that used an inferior paint and did it in half the time--that's why I had to repaint again after only 4yrs--I will definitely be using CertaPro of Far North Texas again!

Work was performed on time and done professionally

This was our second time using CertaPro Painters of Far North Texas and once again, they were amazing. From our initial contact with them to the completion of the work, they were wonderful and so professional. We were super pleased with their work and the interaction with the crew!

The most recent jobs was done in 2 visits. Both crews were very professional and courteous. When each finished, we inspected their work, ask for some minor touch ups and are very satisfied with the results. With these two jobs, this is the 2nd and 3rd time we have used Certa Pro and each time were pleased. Note on the first job they did for us, they added crown molding to 2 of our bedrooms and they both came out excellent.

Certapro arrived on time and completed the job in the time that was discussed. The painters were professional and tidy. I would use them again and recommend them as a souce for your painting needs.

It was very smooth. They worked with our timeline and because we needed it quick they were able to accommodate us but gave the high quality work we were looking for.

I hired CertaPro to strip the wallpaper through a 10,000 sf occupied suite in my building. They were professional, reliable and did a remarkable job. They maintained great communication, stayed ok schedule and kept the work areas spotless for my customer. I’m very happy with their work. They were not the cheapest contractor I bid but the price difference was worth the experience and finished product.

They came out and took one look at the house and said no we can't do that. They should have known before they came out that they could not provide the services on the house built in 1929 that had special needs. They were very professional. But it was wrong that we wasted time even having that meeting.

They are good. They made a mistake but they fixed it really quick. I was more than happy with it. They were going to fix the color to match something but it was a completely different color. So we went back and forth with what can we do and what cant we do. We then were refunded for the paint. Because they charged us for the new paint. It was just closer to the color that we wanted to match. Thats the only thing they did a really good job. Its 4 guys who did the painting, and they were just following the prompts of the person who came out to do the color. 

They did a great job. They are quick they are clean they are polite. I give them an A, I don't really want to give them a B because that's really not expected. They should be graded on how they responded, and they responded very well. 

They were quick. They were nice guys they were clean. The ceiling job and the repair that came out fantastic. A ceiling repair. They were really high wall that were too high for me to climb up on a ladder. I think it was a $1000 but I had a 10% off coupon from Angie's. On the invoice they charged us for the second set of paint. But I got a check for the amount for the paint. They really were very good. The thing about that is they are all independently owned. They were excellent. I would consider using them again.

Excellent. Very professional and efficient. High quality work and in a timely fashion!

Interior excellent. Not prepped adequately outside, had to return two times for touchup.

Due to other jobs the painters had, they started later than we had planned. Since it was the Labor Day weekend, we were hosting a party on Saturday, and needed the painting done prior to guest arrival. The crew worked really hard and completed my two-story house in one day and it looks really good! They did not sacrifice quality for time. They replaced a board on the frame of the garage, painted the entire outside and re-stained my attached rear deck covering. Would definitely call them again!

The actual service provided was excellent. No disruptive time in our house, the project was completed and exceeded our expectations. WE WILL USE CERTAPRO MCKINNEY AGAIN!

The company was responsive in providing estimate and scheduling the work. Unfortunately, the painters did a very poor job. During the inspection immediately after they finished, I pointed out an area that had been painted without the old paint having been scraped off first and the lead painter argued with me that he was unable to remove the paint. He did end up removing it and correcting that. I later noticed that the chimney was blotchy looking and some of the siding as well. I don't mean just minor issues. I mean they looked like crap and I had not noticed as it was not obvious when the sun was shining on it from particular directions. The same painter returned and, once again, argued that it was beyond his control and was due to the siding. My house just turned 10. He supposedly fixed the issues, but the siding looked bad still. I then asked that a different painter be sent as I realized the first ones did not know what he was doing. Tina sent a different team. Their lead painter was very polite and knowledgeable, explaining that spray painting was not the proper technique for this job. They repainted the area in less than an hour with rollers. Tina was very helpful in following through on the issues. Just wish it had been done right the first or second time.
