Ameritex Roofing

The primary thing I want someone to know about Ameritex is that they do what they say they are going to do. Their work is excellent, honest and very transparent. David would tell me "we'll have a crew out in the morning, or XYZ will be delivered on a particular day" and without exception things went exactly as planned. I am very grateful I got connected with Ameritex as I've heard so many bad stories about roof replacement, and mine was a breeze.

To begin with, David Bizinsky gave us a honest appraisal and helped us gain confidence in Ameritex as a reputable roofing contractor.  David was there for us from beginning to the end and walked us through the insurance maze.  The work crew took great pride in their work and finished in one day.  I am amazed at how beautiful our roof looks; it looks better than when the house was newly constructed.  They delivered as promised, exceeded my expectations, and there were no unpleasant surprises.  Ameritex delivers quality at each touch point; from the people that answer the phone, the inspector, the work crew, and office personnel.

I called Robert immediately after the storm damaged my roof.  He and his team showed up to perform the repair as soon as the weather cleared and it was safe to get on the roof.  Repair price was extremely fair and appreciated.  Robert and his team's team work was so good that I can not tell where the roof was repaired - looks like new. 

This I the second time that I've used Ameritex Roofing.  They are the only roofers that I plan to call if I have roofing repair needs in the future.

Robert was very professional, honest and friendly. He explained the process in advance and was able to answer all my questions. His crew seemed experienced and worked efficiently in a brief amount of time.

Problem/Leak resolved.  I highly recommend Robert.  He very knowledgeable, responsive, and he quickly resolved what has taken others multiple times to locate and fix.

Robert was on top of everything.  He even called back afterward to ensure the job was done to our liking.   There was one minor issue, and they came back and resolved it quickly.  

 I originally called Ameritex on Monday but had to leave a message. No one returned my call but then again, I was anxious so I may not have given them enough time and called back on Tuesday.  I explained the situation to the lady who answered the phone and she said she would have Robert give me a call. Five minutes later I got a call back, by the end of the day, he was at our house, checked the situation out and gave us an estimate.  Less than 24 hours later, the job was done!  If all companies treated their customers like Robert did, then their wouldn't be any complaints on Angie's list.  I read all of their reviews before calling and decided to call because they were so positive.  Now I understand why!.  Robert did what he said he would do and more.  As far as the quality of work, it hasn't rained yet but I'm not worried about it.  Based upon my experience with Robert , I wouldn't hesitate to call them again and will definately refer him to anyone else with roofing needs.  I so wish all of the companies I have dealt with were like this!!!!!!!  TOP NOTCH!!!!!

We called and they were out to inspect our property the same day! Since rain was expected that week they came out and performed repairs the following day! Very reasonable price and even called after it rained to make sure we didn't miss a spot since our leak was located and an intersection of roof! Will use these guys again! They also came out to a friends house for a quote and repair the same day!

I received a very prompt reply to request for service.  Robert McAllister worked around my schedule to find a time to come out.  Unfortunately about 10 minutes after his arrival the rain started.  He returned a second time to finish the inspection.  I was expecting to be told we had to have a new roof.  I was delighted to learn our roof was in great shape and did not need any maintenance either!  Prompt, courteous, honest service - can't ask for anything better than that!  Should I need a new roof in the future I will call AmeriTex.

Robert was awesome. Called me when he said he would, showed up early, completed the job quickly.

Robert was very responsive to my inquiry for a bid, he called me back the same day I called the office.  He visited the job site next-day AM and gave me a very fair written  quote, the TECH came out the next day to install....ULTRA fast service.  The quality was A+, TECH even took the time to paint the PVC vents to match the new high quality boots and vents installed.  This company is very professional, from their employees to their billing process it's all A+!
Would use them again, will need a new roof before long and I will be calling AmeriTex Roofing!

I called Ameritex Roofing to get them to look at a leak that had presented myself while gettting work done on my hardwood floors today (that had been ruined by water from a hot water heater leak a couple months ago ironically).  I promptly received a call back from Robert at Ameritex, stating he would head out immediately (since it is going to rain for three days here).   He quickly got to the site and inspected for roof damage and possible hail damage.  He called me back and stated my roof condition looked great, and he knew where the leak was and was going to pull up some shingles and ensure the damage was only localized.  He called me back saying the work had been done and the bill would be 375.00.
I was expecting a large bill and at minimum a small repair that would require some shingle replacement.  Robert quickly located and addressed the issue for me ensuring the work on the hardwood would go as planned and I would not have to face another large and expensive project to get my roof redone.  Rest assured, when the time comes for that roof replacement, Ameritex will be the company I call first.  Thanks for your honesty and quick response guys!!!

Job went extremely well.  Robert McAllister was our contact and the was great to work with.  We had a patio cover that leaked in one spot near the gutters.  Robert identified the pitch was too low for that type of roof (water was being blown under the shingles).  They replaced the patio shingles with a rolled material and now no more leaks.  The day of the roof replacement is a very hectic and chaotic experience.  I would suggest picking up all plants or anything around the house that would get in the way.  Robert checked in with us when the crew started and followed back up a day or so later to check on everything and do another sweep (for debris and nails).  Robert was easy going, shoots straight and promptly replies to any questions or concerns.

I tried using Home Advisor -- waited a week but the roofer never showed up.  Called Ameritex and within 24 hours the repairs were complete.  Robert McAllister from Ameritex showed up on time as promised and brought the repair technicians with him.  Robert gave me a fair quote and the work was performed within an hour.  I live North of Dallas in the country but Robert was willing to show up and do the job when the other roofer did not. 

I provided electronic service repair for the Air Force for twenty years and IBM for another twenty-three years.  I've seen a lot of people do repair work.  Robert's team was excellent.  I will definitely use them again.

Did an excellent job re-roofing a commercial flat roof.  Was quick, professional and reasonably priced.  Would use again.

My daughters roof had suffered severe wind damage in late November.  After finding shingles in the yard, I climbed up on the roof to get a better look.  To my surprise there were large sections of the shingles completely gone.  After researching on Angie's List, she selected Ameritex Roofing and gave them a call.  She spoke with Robert McAllister, who was extremely professional and polite. They arranged a time so he could come appraise the situation.  He arrived promptly at the designated time and date and quickly went to work.  We were expecting a complete roof replacement, but Robert said it wasn't as bad as it looked and that they could repair the damage, easily. What a relief!  His crew showed up two days later and made all the necessary repairs.  They did  a great job.  The courtesy, professionalism, and responsiveness of this company far surpasses any roofing company we've ever had the displeasure of dealing with.   We've been spreading the word of Ameritex Roofing to all our friends. If you're in need of roofing services, we highly recommend you give Ameritex Roofing a call.

They were great. We had a leak around our chimney and they fixed it promptly and securely. They were honest about the fact they might not be the cheapest option, but would make sure it was done right. My wife and I had to head our of town when they finished it. They sent us pictures of the repair. Better yet they texted us after the first major rain after the repair (a couple of weeks later) to make sure everything was working correctly. Honest. Fast and prompt. And simply a well done experience. I would highly recommend Ameritex.

I called this company this morning because I have a leaking roof and we are expecting lots of rain . Within 1 hour their employee, Brian, was here to inspect the problem area on my roof. He found that it was not actually a roofing issue but a building issue. However, he took pictures of the problem for me to submit to the builder. He was very prompt and courteous. I would definitely use this company again!
