absolute professionals, came in did what they needed and got the job done. made sure nothing was damaged, wrapped items and didn't complain about a thing. i would absolutely hire these guys again, all around outstanding work. showed up on time when they said they would no issues at all

Alex's crew was great. They loaded all of our stuff up safely and efficiently. Alex was up front and transparent about the cost of the final bill. His crew worked tirelessly to load up all of our stuff from a storage unit as well as a 2-story house. When they unloaded, all of our stuff made it into our new house exactly where we wanted it with no damage to any items moved. I would gladly use them again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This was the worst moving experience of my life. First, they were 2 hrs late. Some sort of communication would have been great. Secondly, How does it take 3 hrs to load up a 1 bdrm apt? Everything was packed and bubble wrapped when they arrived. They took their sweet time just to milk the clock. Then they brought me an invoice for $1,093! FOR WHAT?? Apparently the materials fee I was quoted at $85 has now changed to $187.70. I was also charged a fuel surcharge of $115 (LOL) I moved to a different unit in the same apt complex we may have gone 150ft to get to the new unit. We literally went 0 miles and that cost $115. They then came up with a cost to unload my items on the CURB for $600 or they would take my loaded items to a storage facility. I paid the $600 just to be finished with this nightmare and carried my own items into my unit myself. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF AND AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!

Mario was great and everything was packed carefully even for a 9 1/2 mile move. There were additional costs that I felt were high and not fully explained in the quote. However, the move itself was pretty flawless.

Alejandro and Carlos did an amazing job helping us move out of our house and into a storage unit. They were quick, helpful and worked tirelessly to make sure the move didnâ t take longer than it needed to. Before moving day, there was a slight hiccup in my booking. We booked moving and storage, but were told two days before the move that storage was not available. That forced us to find our own storage last minute. Other than that - everything was great.

the workers were very nice and professional from start to finish, they took great care of my belongings. They took great care in moving them and making sure that they did not bump into things to cause any damage dents or dings to any of my personal belongings. I am also equally pleased with how the Assistant Manager followed up with me and made things right with regard to the pricing of my move and additional concerns that I had. Mark and his crew helped us move from our storage unit back home. The ease of scheduling an appointment was much appreciated.. Communication with the team was expedited by text messaging. They were prompt and efficient. A little more organization during the unload with â  hyper focusâ  on protecting the home would have been appreciated. Not that there was any damage, but homeowners are very anxious (especially after a remodel) and paying attention to the little things would have lowered stress. Would recommend him and his team again.

If they didn't listen to my instructions, they wouldn't deliver my refrigerator, they wouldn't handle anything that wasn't unplugged as if they can't unplug it, they brought me the hourly charges upon arrival at the house i moved into instead of at the conclusion, I had told them they needed to wait for me to clean the area before they delivered my bedroom furniture and tried to tell me they were finished without bringing in my furniture, there were 5 to 10 things I specifically told them they were to take that they did not take and then charged me for all of these mistakes and outrageous figure, signing their contract was impossible to read it
